Rooms are smaller than small. Carpet on the floor is disgusting. Bathroom needs renovation. Air in rooms is very, very dry! ”Clean” is a word, noone knows in this building. Breakfast is ok, dont eat the scrambled ”eggs”. Check in was fast. They don´t speak English, except the Check-In-Lady.

Beautiful small hotel close to Parc de la Villette. Easy to find in front of the City Hall of Le Pre-Saint-Gervais. It was one night very pleasant with a very attractive price. You have the metro close and many shopping and restaurant options. The place is very quiet and clean. I enjoyed it.

I don't expect luxury from a hostel, but I do expect cleanliness. On the surface the hostel appears clean. Most importantly, the bed sheets and mattress are clean. However, look beyond that and you'll see it's filthy and obviously never given a deep clean. Down the side of the lower bunk there is what must be months and months of rotten food, old socks, dirt and dust that has been allowed to collect. No wonder the room smells so musty and stuffy. My bunk had blood streaks from a squashed bug (and live mosquitoes flying about), as well as sticky finger prints all over the bed panels and window. Furthermore, the noise level is crazy. I understand on a Friday people want to party so the bar was blasting out music and the 1st floor rooms are not sound proof - I actually didn't mind that. What annoyed me was the fact that they were blasting music through the speakers in the 1st floor toilet/shower rooms. WHY?! This made the room and hallways even noisier. Its only saving grace is the location (and free wi-fi). It can feel a bit dodgy walking through there alone as a single woman at night, but so can any big city... The hostel is close to some great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions (Père Lachaise Cemetery, for example). I'd recommend hiring a bike to get around - there's quite a few Vélib' bike stations a short walk away.

I will start with the positives. The rooms are a good size and the shower is nice. However, the hotel over all is tatty and tiered and in need of a revamp, there is a strange smell in the corridors and everything on front desk is over priced. To top off a very average stay the cleaner binned a bag belonging to my son (6 years old) with a photo from PSG stadium tour in with 2 football players who he is besotted with when I reported this to reception desk the guy was extremely rude, dismissive and did nothing at all to help in any way. There are lots more hotels in and around Paris and I would not recommend this one the surrounding areas are very basic, there is little in terms of places to eat. This hotel would serve a purpose for conciencien e for one night if you were visiting stade de France.

Ok. I had to write a review because here are so many bad reviews I needed to have my say. This hotel is 1 star so expect it to be basic. No kettle in your room but that’s fine. We used it as an overnight stay on our way to Disneyland. It’s perfect for that. There is heating and the room is warm and cosy. 2 single beds and a bunk over them. Fine for us. We had 2 rooms as there were 5 of us. It’s small and very similar to a motel but I like that. No long corridors to drag luggage through. Not much space to put stuff but we had one bag for overnight so it was fine for us. It has everything you need, a bed, tv, toilet and shower. It was clean, fairly quiet, nice and dark at night and warm. Across the road is a supermarket and fuel station. 5 min drive is a shopping outlet and Ikea. We had a great nights sleep and would use this hotel again for a stopover again.

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

GGuest UserConveniently located near the airport, easy train access to the hotel, 1min walk from train stop to hotel lobby. Check-in was a bit slow, requested for a baby bed at check-in was provided as soon as we entered the room. Toiletteries/amenities are organic, the tea is organic too however they provided instant coffee sachet. 28€ for breakfast, on the pricey side but worth it. Room is big and has view on the small hotel garden with rabbits, my daughter loved it. I will stay here again and recommend it.

OOtiliaI came to Paris for my 20th birthday, and choosing this hotel was the best decision! The stay was wonderful from the moment I stepped inside the hotel, Tiifo was spectacular, he welcomed me and my partner like in no other place and made our stay unforgettable, Christopher from reception was polite, professional and very helpful. Jana from the restaurant was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much Tiifo and the rest for this fantastic experience and the memories made here.

GGuest UserWas quite surprised to be asked for a deposit of 100 euros when I arrived, since I had already paid the full booking ahead. My booking was for a room including breakfast. On departure, I was refunded only 67 euros and told by the staff that I had to pay a supplement for breakfast which didn't make sense?
Also the shower water was not warm, almost cold - left me shaking for hours, not very convenient for winter in Paris.

GGuest UserThis has been our go to place to stay at Roissy for flights back to the states. Unfortunately, quality has gone downhill. A/C was present in lobby and main floor but had been SHUT DOWN to all rooms due to time of year (September). Our room, 604 (22 Sept 2022), on the top floor was about 80F. The windows could not be opened because the handles had been removed for security. Hotel assistance insisted that if we turned off the A/C unit and restarted it that cold air would commence. On multiple attempts, the little green light next to the snow flake would not illuminate. Housekeeping was dispatched to take us on a tour of 6 other rooms, all with the same issue. The hotel was half empty due to price/demand and there were multiple rooms, all with defunct A/C. The housekeeper finally admitted that hotel management had shut down the A/C for all rooms in the building due to time of year with no regard for actual temperature inside the building or customer comfort. This is a relatively expensive hotel with many options in this price range available with working climate control. After wasting 25 minutes touring rooms on the 6th floor and the 3rd floor, we resigned ourselves to a poor night of sleep. After a second request, house keeping brought a handle to open our window. With it open, the room was cooler but we were subject to merciless aircraft noise. Note to Novotel corporate- A/C is vital for airport hotels because opening windows isn't practical with the noise. At minimum, have a thermostat in rooms set to a min temp like 75F rather than hot box your clients. If you are shutting down A/C, make certain your minsplits are ducted to draw cooler outside air to your upper floors. We noted that A/C was working fine in the lobby and restaurant to keep staff cool. It was only in the rooms that it was shut down. Running the fan on full simply pulled additional warm air into our room as it was obvious the AC mini-splits are not ducted outdoors. This issue was brought to the attention of hotel staff with no acceptable solution. Hotel staff are located in a very informal space at desks more suited to an office share than a hotel. Staff were often roaming around the space and it was difficult to ascertain who was actually in charge. The popup drain for the bathroom sink was stuck down and could not be opened. The pop up lever had become detached which was not identified by housekeeping before our room was occupied. There was soap scum from previous occupants that had never drained. There was a general lack of quality control or consideration for guest comfort. Bathrobes and two types of water in the mini-bar are a nice touch, but what we really want is to sleep in a temperature-controlled space and have basics like working sinks. Sleep is the primary goal! We will be staying at the Hilton or a competitor from now on.

CChiaraVery nice and brand new hotel straddling the 1/2 area of Paris. The n12 metro is very convenient directly under the hotel to get to the center in about 20 minutes.
Nearby there is a very good boulangerie for breakfast. Possibility of luggage storage, very friendly staff. The room is small as is the bathroom but the value for money is excellent.
The only negative note is the cleaning in the room and the change of towels: there is only one free per stay but when I made the request I was told that they would do it the next day and instead in 5 days of stay this is not never happened.
Toilet paper and hairdryers must be requested at reception when it would be sufficient to have them in abundance in the room depending on the length of the stay.

GGuest UserI was just there and tried to make a booking for tomorrow night. I’m staying nearby and have to extend, but my hotel is booked. When I first walked in, the young woman at the desk barely acknowledged me. She glanced up and barely said “yes? Then looked back down. Meanwhile both she and the older man working with her were super warm and friendly to the older white man who was in line right in front of me. I waited after he left and again, the woman went “yeah.” I waited. She finally stopped what she was doing, and mumbled “good evening,” I politely greeted her back, then asked about pricing. Long story short both employees were just rude and dismissive the whole interaction. The old guy told me to book online when I was standing right there. I said I’d like to just book there and he told me “well you’ll need an ID and bank card,” but he said it like he was saying I’d need a million dollars. It was weird. I almost went next door to get my stuff, but I changed my mind. Not sure if it was racism or what, but I’ve never seen hotel staff behave that way when a person is trying to give them business. They didn’t seem like they wanted me to stay there. I need a room for tomorrow night, but I will find another place to stay. Even if I have to pay much more, I’m not going back there. Employees like those ones make hotels lose money. They’re a liability. How can someone be working the night shift at a budget hotel in Bagnolet and snubbing potential guests? The audacity… Just be nice. It’s not that hard. On top of all that, the hotel is not in a good area at all. I’ve attached photos.

The room is cleaned every day and the facilities nearby are excellent including a supermarket restaurants and public transport routes. I can’t thank him enough for such a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserWe booked 2 rooms (612 and 613) from may 23rd till 25th, everything was fine till we discovered when we were packing to leave for the airport to catch our flight that 2 full bags of new makeup were empty and new shirt also missing , we went to the reception and make a complaint and they called for the housekeeping lady to confront her but didn’t lead to any thing , they left the bags and took the thing for us not to notice until it was too late. Also when we arrived at night there were only one staff member to work the bar and the reception , so it took us a while to get up to our rooms, other than that the room was ok, spacious, bit overpriced and the fact that our stuff went missing ruined our whole Paris experience!

MMarame HughesThe room and hotel was very basic, but clean and quiet. The service was great we got all of our questions answered and all of our needs met. They provided me with a power plug because I didn’t have one at the moment when I entered the country. And I arrived at 11 at night so I was unable to get food anywhere else because public transportation wasn’t running. But they had a good delivery van service that they called to come and deliver my friend and I hot food. The location was the only problem only because navigating public transport was difficult but the staff were aware of the location and helped with directions and had Filiberto services on hand.
