Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staffs incl. the valet assistants are very friendly and professional client oriented. Th situation of the hotel was perfect, not in the city center but close to it. Accessibility is also OK. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Good value for money. I booked 3 rooms. One of the non-smoking room smells like smoke, but the hotel switched it with another room, so problem was resolved pretty quickly. The hotel has sufficient selection of the ala carte food menu, it was freshly made therefor it tooks sometime. Great service 10/10 everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a small swimming pool, located outdoor with shades, next to the restaurant. Perfecr for family with small kids

The room is clean, the receptionist and staffs are nice, the location is strategic because near to a shopping center. The only downside is that the parking lot is so narrow.

CON: Carpets could use a deep cleaning to reduce the many unsightly stain marks in corridor. PRO: Check-in was very welcoming and professional with enough English spoken. An issue was gratefully granted an exception by management that was very appreciated.

Location is super, walking distance to the most famous tourist attractions in Semarang and also shopping malls. There are many eateries near the hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated with a very big and comfortable bed, Generally, the staff are nice and helpful except for one or two at the checking counter.

The hotel location is very convenient and access to amenities such as park, supermarket, mosque are easy. However, crossing the roads is hard because only some got bridge, other you have to brace yourself for some daredevil of crossing the street. Entering the lobby, it’s small and have some weird smell of wet damp - humid unpleasant smell. Your taxi also have to unload fast because no waiting area as the line is only fit for one car. Checking in also easy and straightforward, nice.. The room is clean but not thoroughly as we found some bits of pins and papers, but generally not that damaging. I can ‘close eyes’ on this.. The toilet is clean but “NO PIPE” at the toilet. We prefer toilet with pipe, so that easy for washing after doing ‘business’, if not you have to adjust your sitting for the toilet bidet, not convenient.. no.. no.. so for me i would to avoid this hotel if i have other place that comes with pipe… Many more can be commented, but i reserved it for my inner brain to consumed.. I give a thumbs up for the service and food. Lively. The room atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The price is okay. It's worth staying here because the breakfast is delicious.
