GGuest UserVery good location in the heart of Kota Lama. In the 20's of the past century, Sukarno and Hatta frequented this house to shape their ideas, which gave a true historic feel to the place. The rooms were basic. During the first night, a noisy airconditioning kept us awake. The helpful staff took immediate action on the next day and gave us a different room.

GGuest UserCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

MMochamad JasirThis is a hotel I frequently visit. The place is comfortable and spacious, the TV entertainment is basic but sufficient. The most important thing is that I can get a good night's rest. For families with children, there's an extra bed available, which is standard.

AAnonymous UserIt has clean room with blanket and towel inside. The bed was comfortable and the table has mirror as well. Would suggest to wipe the mirror so it will be clearer. Mineral water didn’t included. The lady landlord was very friendly. The lady allowed me to check in earlier. When i checked out, she greeted me and said bye. Very hospitable. The location is quite far from the main road so make sure to have stuff you need during the night or during your stay at the property. I had a good stay here, and as far as I know, this is the only property near UNNES that available on Trip.com. Thank

GGuest UserA nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

there is a lift to go up to the upper floors
the room is clean, fragrant, no cigarette smell
the amenities are quite good
the shower is smooth even though the hot water is still lacking, the flush is also strong

The waiter escorts and shows the location of the room, several times the officer was seen opening the door when guests entered/exited the hotel
The room is also quite spacious
The only drawback is ... Inadequate parking, it is better to park outside next to the hotel, so that it is easy to get in and out, if you park inside it is sometimes difficult to get out because it is blocked by cars
Hopefully in the future, the parking area can be given more attention, so that guests are more comfortable
