Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

Amazing, kind, professional, nostalgic. Staying with Raden Patah was one of the highlights of my 2-month trip back to Java. It is a perfect combination of true Indonesian hospitality with international standards. I especially loved having my morning coffee in the courtyard, listening to the keroncong ... The hotel is alright, but not a huge one. There are tons of food options nearby, especially for late-night eats. The only slight hassle is the parking; their space is quite small, but you can still park and the security guard will help you out.

The room is very clean, the staff is helpful. The best thing is that is located in the main city. Very recommended

Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay

This hotel is located approximately 7-10 mins by bike from the old city center. There are cafe around where you can have breakfast or order it to your room for 45 k as it seems that there is no restaurant in the hotel. I booked the superior double room with 1 king size bed or 2 twin beds, while booking I asked for 2 twin beds. But on arrival I got a king size bed, however I mentioned that I asked for 2 twin beds while booking. I was offered to pay 50k additionaly per night to have a suit with 2 twin beds. The suite was exactly the same room but with 2 twin beds, what was a bit strange. I would recommend management to place soap holder next to the sink as it's not convenient to go to the shower to get some soap so to clean your hands. Also would be nice to have towels without the holes, maybe it's time to replace the towels with the new ones. Employees at the reception were nice and friendly.

At first I wanted to cancel because the trip was out of the planned time. But finally locked and the hotel was very helpful with adding our checkout time. Finally, Kamj add more as soon as possible. Thanks yaaa..

Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The best budget hotel in SMG in terms of price and location, it deserves 5 stars the service is also friendly there is a lift to go up to the upper floors the room is clean, fragrant, no cigarette smell the amenities are quite good the shower is smooth even though the hot water is still lacking, the flush is also strong highly recommended for the price of 100k ++

The bedroom next to the apartment is empty when the window cord is opened is a bit creepy, the air conditioner is not cold outside noist/noisy sound Note: For the air conditioner, it must be checked before it is rented
