The thoughtful room decoration and complimentary cake for our special occasion made our stay feel truly memorable. It was a wonderful gesture that we really appreciated. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection of delicious food. The service is excellent, everyone from security, doormen, checkin staff, room service, breakfast team to chamber maid. We didn’t book with breakfast but we ended up eating there for three mornings!! Quite a lovely spread to enjoy. Great coffee as well! And the coffee shop offers fresh juices outside of the breakfast hours. We ordered room service too and the food was delicious. The only drawback I can write is that the plumbing really needs improvement. The odour is bad. The last day was the worst the smell went into the bedroom as well.

Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood. Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary. Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time.

It's a top choice for both business travelers and tourists. High Standard of Service and Dining: The staff were exceptionally warm and professional right from check-in. I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Everyone was friendly..Staff were helpful and polite..They greeted you everytime they see you..Some even offered to assist you even though if you didn’t ask.Service was simply perfect,no complains! Gym and pool were under maintenance.Construction was going on at the main hotel.Wasn’t aware of the maintenance till you checked in (Maintenance Notice placed on room table).Maybe updates should be reflected on third party apps or via whatsapp to avoid disappointment. Wifi was poor.For a well rated hotel,this was a huge letdown.Management & maintenance should look into this.Was staying at room 806.Not sure if other floors or rooms are encountering this problem.Ended up using data roaming through my 3 days there.

After reading a few bad reviews, I was a bit skeptical about booking. I reached out to the front desk ahead of time to request strict cleanliness, and they were very accommodating. Everything was fine with our stay, except for one hiccup: we noticed a small cockroach near the porridge station during breakfast time.

This is the first time my family and I have been so satisfied staying in a 2-bedroom residence unit. We could all stay together with our two parents and the two of us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The sofa bed was also comfortable and spacious for sleeping. It could easily accommodate 5 people, or even 7, because the king-size bed was incredibly huge, more than 2 meters wide. We were very impressed and satisfied with all the facilities. There were two dressing tables. There's a bathroom in each room, and even an additional toilet in the living room, although it's not for showering. So, a total of 3 toilets. The room temperature was just right; it could be adjusted and turned off. There was only one hanger in each room, so we had to request more, and it took a long time – we had to call three times before they arrived. Initially, we didn't realize the shower drain had a rubber stopper, so it ended up flooding everywhere, and it took a while to get a new mat. But overall, it was a very nice experience staying at LK Pemuda. Please improve the quality of your service and facilities!

The bedroom next to the apartment is empty when the window cord is opened is a bit creepy, the air conditioner is not cold outside noist/noisy sound Note: For the air conditioner, it must be checked before it is rented

The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic! One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha! However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱
