4-Star Hotels in Semarang

First time staying at this hotel. The environment was pretty good, and breakfast was quite rich. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Nothing else really stood out.

The hotel is conveniently located with a shopping mall right across the street. The breakfast spread is abundant and varied, and the service is warm and friendly. The only downsides are that the air conditioning can be a bit noisy at night and the bathroom is relatively small.

Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com.

The hotel is still good even though it is an old hotel. The food for breakfast is not much and limited. Maybe I will only stay here once for breakfast. It is hot in the elevator because there is no air conditioning. Hopefully the hotel can invest in air conditioning in the elevator. I will bring a group to Semarang but because of the breakfast and the elevator, this hotel may not be my choice.

The hotel facilities are excellent. The swimming pool and gym on the first floor are great, and I went there to work out every day. The room was spacious and relatively clean. You need a key card to use the elevator, which made me feel safe.

The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Another example of a 3.5-star hotel: definitely higher than a 3-star but not a 4-star yet. The location is perfect, walking distance to DP Mall, Lawang Sewu, Pandanaran area, and museums. Breakfast was nice with a changing menu every day and offered a complimentary celebratory dinner for the New Year. Unfortunately, for 2 nights we were disturbed by fellow guests nearby partying so loudly and a broken AC. The hotel arranged a different room for the final night, and this one is fine. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were nice. Gym was functional. For a hotel of this size, it's surprising that they dont have a proper parking area - your car will be parked in nearby buildings where the hotel has an arrangement and it comes with a complimentary and free valet service.

Fantastic location, as it is behind Lawang Sewu & directly next to a mall, which makes finding food very easy. The Hotel is modern & clean. The staff were also friendly & provided good service. Highly recommended

Overall service was okay, the room was okay, BUT... I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The AC in the room was warm/hot. Maybe because I was out most of the time, it didn't bother me much. But it was annoying at night and in the morning when it was hot. The shower in the bathroom was moldy, and the sink was also moldy.

Excellent service at this hotel! Check-in was a breeze thanks to Mas Angga, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is perfect for kids, and the location is super strategic in downtown Semarang, close to everything.
