This is a very new hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities in the room are also quite good. The breakfast has a strong Indonesian flavor. The location is very close to the airport, less than a 20-minute drive. It's also not too far from the old town. The hotel is connected to a mall, which has many restaurants.

Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com.

Excellent Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location in downtown Semarang, offering incredibly convenient transportation access to the Old Town (Kota Lama), popular attractions, and shopping malls. It's a top choice for both business travelers and tourists. High Standard of Service and Dining: The staff were exceptionally warm and professional right from check-in. I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Nice place to stay in Semarang, good room, nice breakfast, and hospitality. The location also strategic, near the Tawang Train Station.

Another example of a 3.5-star hotel: definitely higher than a 3-star but not a 4-star yet. The location is perfect, walking distance to DP Mall, Lawang Sewu, Pandanaran area, and museums. Breakfast was nice with a changing menu every day and offered a complimentary celebratory dinner for the New Year. Unfortunately, for 2 nights we were disturbed by fellow guests nearby partying so loudly and a broken AC. The hotel arranged a different room for the final night, and this one is fine. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were nice. Gym was functional. For a hotel of this size, it's surprising that they dont have a proper parking area - your car will be parked in nearby buildings where the hotel has an arrangement and it comes with a complimentary and free valet service.

Fantastic location, as it is behind Lawang Sewu & directly next to a mall, which makes finding food very easy. The Hotel is modern & clean. The staff were also friendly & provided good service. Highly recommended

Hotel need to be refurbished a bit, they dont supply bottled water as you have to get your water from the dispenser located at the corridors, a bit inconveniet if you arrive late and tired. But maybe good if you with family as drinking water is unlimited

+ The hotel's location is great, right in the center of Semarang. The swimming pool is fantastic with a great view of Semarang city. The staff are friendly and helpful. The AC is cold. The hot water is excellent. The food and drinks are good, quite tasty. The room is reasonably soundproof. - The car parking area lacks lighting; it's really dark. The pillows and bolsters are damp, smelly, and have many unclear stains. The shower leaks, so water sprays everywhere when showering (room 1009). The carpet isn't very clean. The bed is too soft, not very good. There's no exhaust fan, so if you, uh, do your business, the smell goes everywhere in the room, haha. The lift buttons are very difficult to press; they should be replaced. Overall, it's okay. It's also proportionate to the price.

This is my third time staying at Metro Park View and the experience was very good as always. The staff were kind enough to allow me to check in after 12 pm without having to wait until 2 pm because the room was already ready. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade which was really appreciated. The service throughout the stay was excellent. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. Since I stayed during Ramadan the sahur breakfast was also very good with a nice selection of food and everything prepared well and on time. It made the early morning meal comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean comfortable and well maintained which made it easy to rest after a long day outside. Overall the hotel atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The location is another big advantage. There is a Ramadan bazaar right next door which is very convenient during the fasting month. Around the hotel there are also many cafes and places to eat so it is easy to find food or just relax outside. Honestly I cannot think of any complaints or negative points about this stay. Everything was smooth and pleasant. If you are visiting Semarang I would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

Great hotel actually, nice pool and breakfast, but the building and interior is a little bit old that I’m not really into it. Many cracks at the wall and floor that not looks good. Its located in a local residences, not too close to the center of the city.
