I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

I was able to stay cheaply because the business hotel was vacant during the stepping stone holidays. There is no problem with the equipment. The hotel is across the street from the tram. The room is very quiet and clean. The front desk service attitude is super good. There is a free hot spring on the second floor and free breakfast in the morning with many varieties. The only small drawback is that you can only check in at 15 o'clock in the afternoon. You have to wait in the restaurant for a while and there is free coffee☕.
