Bayhill Pool & Villa Reviews

The decor is a bit dated, but the hygiene is still acceptable. However, the public swimming pool was closed. The service doesn't meet international 5-star brand hotel standards. It's close to the cliff, but there's not much else around.

Nice hotel and service This is our first time to try private pool room, but really disappointing. The swimming pool has not filter, so many dead flies and hair on the surface. Even they said they change water everyday, nobody dare to swim.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but it's very quiet. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and the end of Olle Trail Route 8. There are cafes and a few restaurants nearby. The room matched the description perfectly, with excellent amenities. It has a subtle elegance with fantastic attention to detail. Maintenance and service were both impeccable. I would consider staying here again.

Excellent! Very quiet! And the Korean staff were incredibly polite. I'll definitely go back in the summer.

Overall experience is amazing! We stayed in the suite with two bedrooms and tatami, and jacuzzi at the terrace. Very clean, environment is tranquil, great service. Totally recommend!

The pool in the villa is amazing. Entertainment room is perfect to relax and enjoy the movies with the family

Excellent service. The room was spacious and warm. The orange trees in the courtyard were absolutely beautiful, I loved them. The surroundings were peaceful, and the bedding was clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. Fantastic!

Although the room was a bit pricey, it was absolutely stunning. The private pool right outside the window, overlooking the sea, was simply indescribable. We truly enjoyed our stay, and it's also great for families with its two-story layout.

We had a very present stay at the Hotel. However, during the first night, we experience some sewage foul smell and noise at about 12 am We called the reception and the personnel actually came to our room and attend to us very promptly. He fix the issue instantly. Thumbs up for being so attentive and helpful.

The reception was very friendly, and the facility map was even available in Japanese. They noticed I was Japanese and immediately assisted me. For that alone, I would want to stay here again.

I didn't understand that housekeeping wouldn't clean before 2 PM unless specifically requested. Other than the really out-of-the-way location, everything else was good.

Little bit expensive , I wait something special, but nothing in it. Nothing almost near. 8/10 maximum rate for this place.

Pricier so feels like you should spend more time in Villa. Paid for the heated pool which was great. Loved the cinema experience in our suite. Queen instead of a king bed was a bit disappointing though. Breakfast at Narnia was splendid.

The villa was spotless, service attentive, and facilities excellent—everything felt private and well maintained. Location is slightly tucked away, offering peace and quiet, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
