This place is a gem! Great location, great value, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful host. My bed was comfortable. AGAIN, I can't emphasize enough how clean everything is The only downside is the breakfast. It's less than basic, and the espresso machine makes weak drinks, but there's a Starbucks down the street and a 7-Eleven next door.

Very clean. Room, bathroom, linen... all clean. Professional and very gentle and supportive manager. The location is not difficult to find. This is a old house but remodeled and taken care of well so that in all it looks and feels tidy and clean. One thing to remember for foreigners: there are some homeless people around the nearby area of Seoul station. They are not aggressive. Recommend for those who want to sleep simply in a clean house (room).

Not far from Seoul Station, take the subway from Exit 12 and walk for a few minutes. The boss is very nice, breakfast is provided, clean and hygienic, and the price/performance ratio is very good. Quiet and convenient to go wherever you go.

Best place to stay in Seoul! The host is very nice, room is very clean and location is the best just few minutes walk to Seoul station. Many cute coffee shops in just few blocks away.

The host was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever known. He responded quickly to messages, he was always available. He is the best! The room was quite nice, I had enough space in it. The guesthouse is really close to Seoul Station so it is easy to get anywhere.

The Hostel was all in all really good! I was very grateful for Jay's presence. He speaks good English, was very helpful and always kind.

Excellent welcome and service, practical kitchen, easy access to the station and the metro. Room a little cramped for 4 and a little too hot to sleep well.

I like that I can use the room by myself even though the bathroom and toilet are shared (I appreciate it) at an affordable price.

I used it on my first overseas trip in a long time. I had a relaxing time in a warm space. The rooms and ba*****t space are well prepared😁I strongly recommend staying here😁
