Location was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately for us, on our last night (16 August 2025) and up to checkout (17 August 2025), the A/C seemed not to function normally as the room was very warm, stuffy and humid amidst the super hot summer. Other than the warm and stuffy room on our last night till check out, all things were good. Not sure if it’s the malfunction of the A\C or the hotel’s intention to save costs on power.

Nice to have the airport limousine bus stop right at this hotel. Stayed in the exec twin room for 3nights. Very comfortable beds and fluffy towels! Room seems left "vacant" for some time as the room doesnt smell fresh with stale-musky scent.
Staff are professional but seems like the guest services is a little unsure of the hotel surroundings when we asked for directions. And regardless of being environmental friendly, my humble view is that a 5-star hotel should still provide to the basic toiletries amenities. On our 2nd night stay, strangely we can smell the cigarette smoke in our room - not sure if the air piping system is not good or some guest smoking in his/her room.

Located near the MD shopping area and train station.
The room design is the outdated American style, and the facilities are quite old.
Overall, it was not the Westin I had expected.

We booked an executive king
Very large 2Br 2ba
4 of us so we had a bed set up in the other room (living room) which worked out well for my daughter
The rooms were comfortable
The hotel a bit older so the carpets seemed a little less new but overall a great stay
Bedding and towels were fine
Breakfast Buffett really good
The club lounge had drinks and food too (food just so-so)
The location great . Can walk across street to Myeongdong night market - so very convenient
Also next door is Lotte Dept Store
So can walk to many places - even the Palace is just 10 minutes walking etc
The bar downstairs is nice - a bit expensive but u pay for the ambience
One thing that bugged me was I spent over $500 usd per night on my room, but they would not give me Marriott points because I booked via Trip.com . For those that like to collect rewards - something to consider

Amazing stay at a classic hotel celebrating its 110 anniversary this year. Exemplary service from
each of the staff. Airport limousine bus stopped directly at the hotel which was super convenient.
