This is a second hand review on behalf of family. It was booked as a gift but by all accounts my brother and his wife thoroughly enjoyed their time at the hotel. They were upgraded for free and commented on how good the egg station was, offering a variety of options. I’ve noticed some people have complained about the distance to the tourist sites, but they had no issues whatsoever in this regard. We are walking family anyway, but for those who maybe a little reluctant, it took them about 15-20 minutes only, passing through a busy street with locals, restaurants and shops, so no concerns about safety. The hotel’s proximity to the train station is a bonus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is not in the most central area, but it is generally OK. Due to the good business of the hotel, I arrived a little late, and the front desk upgraded both of my rooms to the executive floor, but the check-in time was very long. The hotel room is good, and the renovation of such old hotels in Europe is acceptable. The transportation is also convenient, but there are not many good restaurants around.

Very new hotel with a great rooftop pool and a small but effective gym. Rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, have a drink and soak up the sun. Unfortunately the service from hotel staff and housekeeping was mixed. We had 2 rooms, one was cleaned well, but the other was not. One room they replenished tea bags, changed towels and swept the floor. The other they did not and left the floor dirty. It was odd as the two rooms were next to each other. Attentiveness of reception staff was also mixed. Some were very responsive, others did not acknowledge hotel guests or were aloof and unhelpful.
Ultimately we had a good stay and enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the city centre. It was, however, disappointing that the service of some staff/some cleanliness aspects, did not match the cost of the hotel, which was as expensive as a 5 star; not value for money.

The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the nearest bus station and is in a bit quiet area. However, once you cross the street to Plaza de españa you’ll find a very crowded area and it is 30 minutes walking to the city center if you enjoy walking. The receptionists were okay. The hotel and the room had an old smell as if fresh air doesn’t flow in there. The air conditioner was only running as a fan and it wouldn’t run in other modes (like cool or dry). The minibar’s temperature wasn’t low enough to cool things. However, the room was clean and neat.

There are two reasons for choosing this hotel: ① It is close to the scenic spots, there are many restaurants nearby, and the scenery of the alleys on the road is beautiful; ② The price is affordable for one night with breakfast included; Disadvantages: Because the hotel is in the alleys of the old town, the car cannot go directly, and you need to push the luggage on the stone steps for 3-5 minutes (this should be considered in the price). The decoration of the lobby has a bit of Middle-earth style (there is an armored knight); opposite the hotel is a small restaurant. GGuest UserI cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure .

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

MMarrisaThe hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

GGuest UserWonderful stay! Very clean environment. Each room has its own bathroom. Unlike bunk beds, you don’t feel the movement of your bunk mate because of how sturdy the compartments are built. The hotel is well located if you are passing through and close to the northern ring road. It is very far from the ”beautiful” area.
The room was not completely clean and the shower had very little water flow.
But it is more than enough for one night, but the price of 130 euros is an exaggeration for this type of hotel.

Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around
And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors
This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh

Hhappiest_girlAvoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

GGuest UserEverything is good, the service is also satisfactory. The swimming pool is smaller than the palm. There is no breakfast here, and I didn't feel the breakfast, but the surrounding area is also very late for breakfast in Spain. There are two shops next to it, one opens at 9 o'clock and the other opens at 12 o'clock. It is better to prepare some convenience foods.

sound and light proofing is very good, although nightly and daily intense forced ventilation from intra building aircon causes some light vibration that may be disturbing.
pricewise its only 70% of the prices in town center especially at weekend, which is a big plus for this hotel.
conveniently located between town and airport, 10min by bus both ways. No 28 and EA bus do stop there, ca 300m to walk. there is Lidl not war away and large carrefour about 1.3km away
