The Best hotel in my entire tour of 22 days. Nice ambiance, very supportive staff, nice and spacious rooms, nice food. It’s an amazing experience to stay in this beautiful hotel. Like a palace, reception staff very courteous and welcoming, always ready to help. It was an amazing experience.

酒店超預期，衹有二十六間房，每間裝修風格都不一樣，地理位置也很好，旁邊就是大英百貨，去幾個主要景點也很便利，服務也很好，臨走上車前還很nice的送了兩袋水和果仁

古時候公爵的屋子，服務和公區滿分，房間有些小，和這房子比較老有關係，自己有餐廳可以吃tapa，服務和菜品無敵。門口就是plaza del duque，去哪裡都很方便。步行到大教堂也就一刻鐘。

非常好的酒店，使我的seville旅程充滿驚喜與美好的回憶。
住過非常多的五星酒店，唯獨這家給我帶來了不一樣的驚喜，酒店不大但是非常精緻，細節滿滿。
我們的房間很漂亮，有一個陽台可以看到中庭，整體酒店的細節十分精緻，從裝修佈置花藝，到衞生間的瓷磚，床品的選擇都非常用心，甚至細節到拖鞋和洗衣袋的選擇都充滿心意。
酒店的前台和服務人員非常友善熱情，有一位叫做Danielle的先生聽到我要清晨很早出發去機場需要找加油站給車子加油，主動提出幫我去提前加好油以節省我的時間，這樣的服務細節讓我不得不去表揚他們的服務品質！
酒店的花藝也非常漂亮，佈置的聖誕樹好漂亮，充滿細節，童話氛圍滿滿，我非常喜歡💕
早餐也很好，是一道一道上的，但如果有需要趕行程的朋友要預留出吃飯的時間。
酒店還有一個小驢的吉祥物非常可愛，如果喜歡的話酒店可以送給你把它帶回家。
Truly a gem in Seville, highly recommended！ Will definitely visit again!
