About 5-7min walk from train station. Outside hotel is taxi stand. Nearby have shopping mall named 月光。 location able to travel to 马当路, the bund, pedestrian street, nanjing east road, yu garden etc We chose family size hotel, accommodation for 4, one Queen size bed, one single size bed. Quite difficult to sleep with 1A2C in one queen bed, one A on single bed. Preferred 2 queen beds .

The first room I were shown was on the 3rd floor and had 2 centipedes in it, so we had our room changed to the 5th floor. the 5th floor was relatively clean, and although we had bugs after that, it was fine. The staff was very kind.

A great hotel for a holiday if your priorities are movement, work and sightseeing. Very convenient location a couple of minutes' walk from the metro. You can walk to the main attractions if you like walking. I recommend at least once walking to the embankment from the hotel, you’ll find many colorful places. By the way, the metro runs until 22:00. So pay attention to the location if you are not in China for long. On the way to the metro you can drink coffee at Starbucks or cold coffee at a 24-hour store, a croissant and delicious lemonade next to the bakery. There are two 24-hour stores next to the hotel, literally through the wall a small restaurant with traditional cuisine. The menu is duplicated in English, which was very helpful. The owners there are nice 😉 You’ll not go hungry. The room is clean. Don’t look at the cloudy windows, they are like that from the moisture. And it’s very humid in Shanghai! Everything you need is delivered every day. Everything works. My room overlooked the courtyard, quiet and calm. The noise of the fountain is only during the day, it doesn’t interfere with sleep at night. I recommend closing the windows at night, because insects can fly in. The staff doesn’t speak English, but were always happy to help with Google Translate. Many thanks to them for this! ☺️

The location is very strategic, walking distance to Dapuqiao metro station. It is accesible to most of the tourist spot and famous eatery easily. Most important is the hotel provide good service, they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges and the check out time is 2pm. High recommended if travel to Shanghai

The services were good. Near MRT and shopping mall. Easy to access the location. The room is quite big where we can open 3 big luggage. Overall satisfied with the stay in the hotel.

Nice small hotel in the location we needed. Plenty to go see and do around it.

The place was quite old and the room toilet looked kind of moldy. Even though the room was non-smoking, there was still the smell of cigarettes. The window was pretty small as well, so you could partly see the outside.

It is conveniently located near Tianzifang and Sinan Road, and access to Dabuqiao Metro station. It provides all the essentials for quick stay on a budget. The services is excellent and overall its value for money.

The location is great and the hotel staff was kind and cooperative. The thing which I really don’t like was the heavy cigarette smell in the room.. Definitely the hotel needs Improvement and some renovation.

stay a week in this hotel. There is a very loud construction at the compound next to the hotel that waked you up early and kept going on the whole day till the evening. So, no choice you had to go out. There was also some cleaner’s stuff by the hallway looks messy, plus kids screaming in the morning

the moment I opened the door, there was a very strong sewage smell/ public toilet smell. it was so horrible and even after I turned on the exhaust fan, the smell still stayed for a few hours. toilet waste quite dirty at the shower area too, with some black stains, and the room was dusty at some locations. honestly was very disappointed when I stayed at the place as it was slightly different from the picture. in actual, the place looks old. the receptionist was not very helpful as he did not tell me any important information like the WiFi or helpdesk number. I had to visit the receptionist to check on these details again. would definitely not stay here again because of the bad smell and service. felt like I stayed in the public toilet the past 3 days because of the smell. really disappointed :(
