Went there with my 18m old son and he had lots of fun. Grandpa and father played tennis and basketball. My son played in the play area and I went to the span. It's also located next to a mall.

It was the perfect hotel for our family of 4. My kids aged 2 & 4 had so much fun at the indoor playground and the pool. They provided us an extra bed and a cot which meant we all had a bed each. Service was excellent! We’ve travelled a lot as a family and honestly this was one of the best ones.

This hotel is my dream hotel! I got the perfect environment and excellent service experience here. And I would like to express my gratitude to Mr.Zhou Thomas the front desk manager. I had a good stay at Karry hotel pudong for a weekend. The swimming pool and Kid play ground were amazing for 5 and 7 years kids. All the staffs were kind and nice, they cares customers well. Room condition was also good. And extra bed was simply arranged for kid. Karry hotel pudong was really family friendly hotel and wanted to stay soon. Special thanks to Lobby manager Sierra for kind service and hospitality.

The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The food catered to various tastes, and the swimming pool, with its warm water reaching 30 degrees Celsius, was ideal for family swimming. However, there were some amenities in the hotel that required additional maintenance. Despite this, thank you for providing an amazing Christmas experience.

Have stayed here many times - it's our favorite Shanghai hotel. One metro stop away from the Longyang road maglev station. Staff commitment to customer service is second to none. Right by the exhibition center, Century Park and a shopping mall with restaurants and a supermarket.

Good experience. House keeping and frontline staff very helpful. Housekeeping staff asked us whether we gave enough Drinking water and the bell boy assist us to connect our credit card to didi app as we are foreigner, dont have local hp no Our group 7 pax participated the IE expo. We took breakfast in the hotel and the yogurt is delicious.

I was the best hotel for my family including my baby. I stayed at the family special room for 3 nights that includes free indoor playground and Kerry club membership during the stay which you can enjoy snack throuout the day and small dinner buffet with complimentary alcohol beverages. They also offered good breakfast spread which was not the best but enjoyable. Indoor playground was spacious and contains many types of long slides that my little one rided more than 10 times. Overall they are the best hotel in Shanghai with good location, nice view. This is especially good if you have a plan with your children.

Great experience of our first kids-friendly staycation in Shanghai. Thoughtful services (especially for baby), surprisingly good indoor playground for children with huge varieties of games, right located next to a high end shopping mall… Special thanks to Yuki at front desk during check in process - warm welcome, clear guidance on hotel facilities/services and making sure the room is properly setup (theme room for children). We do enjoy this staycation. Will surely recommend this to our friends!

The staff was very good and helpful. Location was great with a mall connected - loads of western food options. Breakfast and dinner was good but they can add some more western options.

Great hotel that I will stay in again. Location is convenient as it has a big mall next to it and also the Metro that makes it very easy to go places.
