Have a good stay in this hotel. Free shuttle to any from the hotel, but we need to make reservations in advance. Have a good variety of breakfast buffet. If you stay long, there is a washing machine and dryer for free. Overall, it is recommended to stay here if you are visiting disneyland.

Stay in April 2025. Old hairdryer in the room. Hotel is located in an industrial area, no food stalls or streets nearby, only can eat in hotel restaurant. Facilities in the hotel room is a bit outdated. Railway track is beside your hotel, guests may hear the sounds of the railway. Laundry area requires longer waiting time, only 4 washers and dryers.

Very convenient to stay for going to Disney Resort. We took shuttle from and to the Disney and to Waitan. Kind and fluent english speaking staffs and room service fried rice was good, too.

Perfect for staying to go Disneyland. Hotel is very much family and children orientated. Kids breakfast table, special food for kids, panda decorations, large indoor softplay and also kids activity each day. Free shuttle to train station, airports and also Disneyland. Overall a good stay, although the rooms could have been bigger and also the location around the hotel there is not much to do.

Friendly staff and professional. Helps if you plan to go to Disney land due to its close proximity. Near the pudong airport but a little far from the city centre which is compensated by the provision of a shuttle service to various parts of town and airport as well the Disney resort. Would be good if they increase the frequency of shuttle services from the hotel to the airport to cater to the needs of the guest better

Have free laundry service , bus provided to Disneyland and airport , it will be great if additional transport to the premium outlet which is so near to the airport but they dun provide. Nothing near except Disneyland which is another 5-10mins walk at drop off point by the hotel bus. Reception service was not very remarkable and 1 female staff was very pushy to ask us to take Disney tour guide ,however the bell boy maintain a tip top service thus 5 star for their service . Especially bell boy joy lu and ruoman yang ;they are proactive and helpful , friendly and attentive thus deserve 5 star service

Best hotel to stay at if you’re planning a trip to Shanghai Disneyland! There’s complimentary shuttle buses to and from Disneyland throughout the day and I would highly recommend getting the breakfast add on as it has many food options that are tasty and cooked well

Location is relatively near disneyland with free Disney shuttle bus provided to and back hotel. Full service hotel and cost is half of that since its located outside of main shanghai centre. Breakfast was amazingly good with an array of dishes. Our booking didn't come with breakfast so we paid approximately USD 18 per person.

Very big and confortable bed. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland, Pudong Airport and Hongqiao airport. No shop surrounding, have to take Didi to go outside for food and shopping.

Front desk managers Max and Edward are very experienced in handling customer needs and provide thoughtful service. The hotel also offers high cost - performance with complete supporting services. Highly recommended!

The bus pick to/from the pudong airport is on time. The hotel is near to Disney, and they do pick up to/from the hotel, which is very convenient. Also they provide transport to city too. We are happy with the services provided.

Room was very spacious and clean. I like that there is shuttle bus to and from Disney and to the airport and also the Bund for those who want to go town. The buffet spread is huge, sure to have what you want. Service was great. I booked the 7am shuttle bus to the airport and the staff packed my breakfast for me to bring along. Highly recommended.
