Infact the hotel is beautiful, the services on providing free shuttle bus to Disneyland & Pudong Airport is wonderful, the hotel is lack of staff, and might also lack of customer too. So I cant feels like 5 star international hospitality services. The stupid renovation worker they start to knock the wall on around 8am, the soundproofing is really bad. So anyway, overall still can accept with the price that I paid for.

Decent business hotel which served my purpose for just a night’s stay for business trip. Slightly away from central Shanghai - close to one hour by car from the bund.

The hotel does not seem well-maintained and the buffet selection is limited. It is not foreigner-friendly, as the staff have limited proficiency in English.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mother and pregnant wife, and I can confidently say that I will definitely revisit. The service was outstanding, and I want to extend a special thanks to Leo for his exceptional help and top-notch service. The environment was clean, cozy, and inviting, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, ensuring there was something for everyone. A lovely bonus was the complimentary late-night hot dessert, which was a delightful treat after a long day at Disney—perfect for warming up during the chilly evenings. The hotel’s location is ideal, with Disneyland nearby and Xinchang Ancient Town just a short distance away. Xinchang is a great spot for indulging in local snacks and treats. Additionally, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, along with a FamilyMart and local markets for your convenience. The free laundry service was another thoughtful touch, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Luxurious place good price great service and provided airport shuttle free of charge. Nice automatic toilet and overall satisifed. Cons. Air conditioning very weak and bathroom sewer smells like dank piss sometimes.

First of all, Mr.Wang Shi Xiong provided us the best service for this stay.The hotel is new and modern. In my opinion Qiuzhu especially suitable for staying when visiting Disneyland. The hotel staff are very attentive and patient. Since most are family with children stays, there is the sound of children running around all the time.

The hotel is in Chinese style and very elegant; the lobby is equipped with a piano and a guzheng, as well as tea, books, and chess; there are many books, and various chess games are suitable for parents and children; The boss must be a sentimental person; The room is large and quiet, the bright large floor-to-ceiling windows make people feel comfortable, and the electric curtains are very convenient; the bathroom has an automatic toilet, equipped with a disposable toilet mat and facial cleanser, remember to ask the front desk for cotton swabs! The small tea set on the couch in the room is suitable for tea tasting, and the staff also sent jujube and white fungus soup in the evening; It’s a pity that time is limited, otherwise I must stay here for 3-5 days, and I will definitely come again next time! By the way, the hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney, free pick-up! It’s not far from Xinchang Ancient Town, you can go for a walk at night!

The service is very very good. We booked an executive family room for 3 days for New Year's Day. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is sufficient and quiet. We arranged the 5F as required and helped to temporarily add chairs and small tables to the room. Thank you very much. 4 kinds of fresh fruits and supper are delivered every day. The small tomatoes are very sweet and tender. The supper is hot and tastes good. There are convenient transportation such as 1108, Xinchang 3rd Road and 5th Road, and Xinnan Line around the hotel. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The fried eggs are also divided into single and double sides very attentively. The homemade cakes are very delicious. The cleaning aunties are very polite. Cotton swabs and shower caps can be delivered by robots at the front desk. The hot water mark is not obvious and the water is slow. The cold water needs to be drained for a while, which wastes some water. It would be better if it can be solved.
