Overall, it was decent. I personally felt the value for money was just average, though the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute drive to the Old Town. The temperature was comfortable; there's no air conditioning, but I suspect it has floor heating.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As it was off-season, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade. The room was very spacious and equipped with a smart control system. Its location, close to the old town, was also very convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Pros: 1. Excellent and convenient location, situated right off Kangzhu Avenue. 2. Rooms are well-equipped with both oxygen supply and underfloor heating. 3. The environment is clean, and the design is modern and stylish. Cons: 1. The parking lot signage is unclear, and it lacks proper lighting. 2. This makes it less convenient for out-of-town guests.

This hotel gets a thumbs up from me! They kindly upgraded me for free to an oxygen room, which normally costs more than double. The hotel's location is also super convenient – all the attractions are within walking distance.

The ambiance is wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Recently, the breakfast selection has been quite extensive. The location offers very convenient transport links, with the old town being just about a 30-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

The room wasn't very clean, and the service was exceptionally poor. To make matters worse, the hairdryer in the room was also broken. Despite being promised a pick-up service, it never materialized, which was extremely inconvenient given how difficult it is to find a taxi in Shangri-La, especially when we were in a rush. This hotel is incredibly irresponsible. I chose it thinking it was close to Dukezong Ancient Town, but all I got was a lot of aggravation. I hope this helps others think twice before booking.

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite satisfying. Its location is excellent, less than a kilometer from the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City and easily reachable on foot, making it super convenient. The hotel service was outstanding, including a complimentary shuttle service to/from the station. All the staff were wonderful and exceptionally attentive to guests. Highly recommended!

I'd already lowered my expectations for service and hygiene, but the reality was still far worse than I'd anticipated. Situated right by a main road, the hotel is incredibly unsuitable for light sleepers. I promptly decided to switch hotels after just one night. The overall hygiene was very poor: the sterilization cabinet in the breakfast area was full of standing water, and the floors were visibly dirty.

The room was quite spacious and reasonably clean. The surrounding area was nothing special, but the staff provided very good service. The biggest problem, however, was that the underfloor heated room we booked was extremely stuffy and hot, and there was no air conditioning. We couldn't tell if the underfloor heating was faulty or if there was another reason, but we didn't get a good night's sleep.

The location was amazing, walking distance to the old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and really enjoyed the floor heating. Water pressure in the shower was superb! Would stay here again!

The hotel is strategically located on the main road, within walking distance to Dukezong Ancient City. The breakfast is consider okay.

The hotel is located on Kangzhu Avenue, across from Zhucheng. The front desk service is good, there is free pick-up and drop-off service, and there is floor heating. However, the hotel has many group guests and the environment is not very good, especially the breakfast has fewer varieties.
