We were here in July 2025 with family, my wife and two small daughters were satisfied.

It was good, but need more clean . We got itchy skin . Maybe because its old. But the reception is good very fast . And we saw baby cockroach. And already have hair in the shower area . . More clean and fix the floor in the shower are it was broken .

It was a very good hotel, the rooms were pretty big and the view was beautiful. Very close to 东方之门 and to the metro, we recommend!

Location is very good in the city, room very large host very nice, the only problem was key lift only 2 and room key only 1 for 5 of us is not enough😄 minimum 3 room key for 5 people but overall quite satisfying

Great place to stay in Suzhou!  Perfect location, helpful host and very comfortable room with an amazing view.  10/10!

Budget stay with basic amenities. Bed is super hard and not comfortable. Washing machine provided without dryer. Was not given lif access card upon check in received it the next day.

I was very satisfied with the room. The details were well done. There was a disposable toilet seat and a sterilizer, which was really friendly to someone like me who has a little bit of a clean freak thing. I could also do laundry and cook. The clothes drying rack and clothes hanger were all in the cabinet. The bowls, plates, and pots were all prepared. It must be 100 points. I give this hotel a thumbs up. I like it.

We booked a room with a view, and the night view was stunning. The room was well-insulated and quiet. The location is perfect, close to various attractions. Transportation is convenient, and nearby restaurants, bars, and entertainment options are all within easy reach. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The internet was also fast. It was excellent value for money. The room was not only spacious and bright, but also equipped with a smart toilet, which instantly enhanced the experience. The toiletries were from a well-known brand and smelled great. The curtains provided perfect blackout protection, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. It was a very satisfying stay.

I was able to catch a concert at Jinji Lake recently, which was a 10-minute walk away. The room has a washing machine with dryer and a clothes drying rack. The facilities are quite complete, and there is also a hanging iron available. It was a very good accommodation experience.
