It was wonderful to be able to experience the local tea, milk, coffee, etc. that were carefully selected by the management. Also, the staff were great. Their English was not perfect, but their approach was wonderful. I couldn't help but buy a Murano copper in the souvenir corner.

This was the best accommodation I've had on my trip to China so far. The view of the Napa Sea is also very beautiful, and the accommodation blends well with nature and the village, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The interior of the accommodation was clean, luxurious, and natural. The food was also very delicious. The most satisfying thing about it was the service of the staff. I came from Korea and can't speak any Chinese, but there was someone who was fluent in English, so I was very grateful that they explained everything to me. Visiting a ******* family was also very informative. It was a truly touching day.

The room is warmly decorated, the staff is considerate and the stay is very comfortable. The quick hot water floor heating is very necessary in the very cold winter of Napahai. The protection and respect for local culture and environment are reflected everywhere in the homestay. I will stay in other inns in Xilinyuan if I have the chance. The only regret is that the water in Napahai is much less in winter, and the lake view at the door has become a grassland after the flood discharge. I will come again next summer.

We came to Shangri-La to watch migratory birds in winter, so we stayed near Napahai. We found Xilinyuan Nada Courtyard on Ctrip. Because it was off-season, the housekeeper took care of all the work during the whole trip, helping us with luggage, checking in, ordering and serving meals, and delivering goodnight milk in the evening. She also served as a shop attendant. Since the lights in the store were not bright, she brought table lamps for us to choose freely. Knowing that we were going to watch birds, she told us where to watch and also prepared binoculars for us. The courtyard is only a dozen minutes' drive from the bird watching horn and velvet racecourse. We were very lucky to see black-necked cranes, bar-headed geese, etc. The room in the courtyard is clean and has floor heating. The bed is very comfortable. In the morning, you can see the sunrise through the glass window, which is very beautiful. When I was having breakfast, I found bar-headed geese in the courtyard, and took a lot of photos.

The hotel is right on the Napa Beach, a 2-minute walk from the Baita Coffee. The room has an oxygen concentrator, good night milk, night bed snacks, etc. The most noteworthy thing is the ******* home visit. I was originally worried that it was a sales nature. After the introduction of the B&B lady, I learned that it was the landlord's home. I went there to truly experience the ******* culture. The Tibetans were very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of delicious food. They also taught us how to make tsampa. The butter tea was especially delicious! The hotel's meals were very good, and we ate in the restaurant for two nights.

I was lucky to meet Nada Courtyard. When I opened the door in the winter morning, the mountains were covered with snow. It was a New Year surprise in Shambhala. I will visit again next time. The sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic and patient, and they are very good at moving luggage and providing services. Especially the ******* home visits are very professional and enthusiastic, allowing tourists to have a deep understanding of the local ethnic living culture.
