Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end.
The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

There was a free pick up from the railway station and free drop off at the airport.
The view from the hotel room is amazing and the room has everything you need to feel at home.
There was a dog in the premise and it seemed to be chained up the entire day. Wished it could run free in the amazing compound!

Coffee is good but no milk to add. Breakfast serving is not first come first serve. Services need improvement. Outside our room can smell heavy smoking 😅

Facilities: The house is newly decorated, with floor heating, oxygen, humidifier, smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, everything is available👍
Hygiene: It was off-season, and I didn't see other guests when I checked in. It was neat and clean
Environment: The view is wide, the grassland and the distant mountains are very comfortable, the hustle and bustle of the city, the next morning when I had breakfast🫎 came out, it was quite cute
Service: The service is very enthusiastic❤️When you check in, they will help you carry your luggage, turn on the floor heating, and send you fresh fruits🍊When you leave, they also send you souvenirs👍
Tips: You need to bring your own food or have dinner before going there. The B&B does not have dinner. The chef went back to his hometown. I was very hungry when I returned to the B&B, and later I found a way to buy a self-heating hot pot. It is recommended that the store can prepare a table and chair of normal height in the room. It is a bit tiring to squat and eat a self-heating pot😏

The room was upgraded for free. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. At 9 pm, warm milk was served to help with sleep.
I took the dog for a walk in the morning. It was not afraid of people at all. It was very clingy and there were two sika deer.
