First, the room I checked in was not up to standard. It was called an upgrade, but it was obviously downgraded when I looked online. I booked a diffuse oxygen room, but they actually gave me an oxygen machine. It was shown online that there were rooms, but there were no rooms on site, and then they downgraded me to a room. This is the first negative review. Second, the bed sheets and quilts in the room were extremely disgusting, with blood and hair stains. I never give anyone a bad review. The service attitude is bad, the attitude to solve problems is bad, there is no room, and it is fake and sells inferior goods.

The room is tidy, the bedding is clean, the bathroom has no odor, the cleaning service is meticulous, and the lobby and public areas are decorated in a high-end manner. The front desk lady Que Shaomei is enthusiastic, took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and also recommended local delicacies. It is worthy of praise and highly recommended!!!
