The staffs are we'll trained and can meet up to most of your expectations. The location is closed to the Shantou HSR station but a little off the main city hub.

We booked 5 rooms there. Nearby location not much tourist attractions and 十一河村 need walking distance 10mins. So far clean I like it !

New hotel with friendly staff. Near the new High Speed Train Station.

The counter staff are very friendly and courteous. Kudos goes to the manager who helped us in the purchase of daily breakfast vouchers. As the hotel is newly opened the room is very clean and the shower area is spacious. We hope that the hotel management continues to maintain and upkeep the hotel. The location and the outside environment of the hotel are a bit isolated from the city Center nevertheless it’s easy to “didi” or get a taxi to get around.

Exceeded our expectation for sure. Definitely value for money. Liked this hotel very much and have been recommending to friends. Room is spacious with modern decor and lighting. Liked their breakfast too!

The hotel was new and clean, breakfast was good. The location was far from the city. But it’s near the the railway station 5 min. by Taxi.

All facilities are specially customized, the TV show projection is also very clear, quiet and not noisy, the front desk service is patient, parking is very convenient, the breakfast room is very atmospheric, and the breakfast is delicious. The washing machine is also very easy to use, it automatically puts in the laundry detergent, and the dryer is very powerful and dries very quickly. There is not much odor, no smoke. I hope everyone staying in the hotel will protect the environment and not smoke indoors. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

There is a new development zone nearby, which is more convenient for self-driving tours.

The room was clean and hygienic. The two guys at the front desk were very enthusiastic, polite and friendly. Parking was also convenient and the cleaning lady was also very enthusiastic. It was also generous to have a few more bottles of mineral water. There was also a free coffee machine and laundry service. I will stay here again next time.
