There are many parking spaces at the door and parking is free. The hotel is in a good location, located in the center of the East Coast, very close to the highway exit and MixC, just a few minutes' drive away. The hotel is an independent building, very quiet and not noisy, equipped with an elevator. The 3rd floor is a sky garden with an open-air balcony where you can view the sea and the river. It is worth mentioning that the proprietress's service was warm and thoughtful, and she delivered breakfast to our room on time in the morning.

This hotel has a good location, but the area is under renovation, and there is no bus station, so you have to walk or ride an electric bike. However, it is also very convenient to take a taxi in Shantou. We all chose to take a taxi to Xinghua Wuji Beef Hotpot, which is only a kilometer away. This is a room in a hardcover room community. The normal occupancy rate of home purchases is not very high. There is nothing else to play around except the sea. It takes about 50 minutes to go to Shantou City Center (such as Shibattery Park) without traffic jams. Don't live here if you are not driving by yourself, it is very inconvenient to get in and out. It is not convenient to supplement daily necessities, and the supermarket downstairs can't even buy fresh milk. On the last day, it was rainy and the sewer smelled bad. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.
