Didn't really have much of a travel plan, booked this place the day before deciding to come to Nan'ao Island. The butler added me on WeChat beforehand and sent over some travel tips. When I arrived, they even came downstairs to pick me up. The whole service was super enthusiastic, and they answered any questions I had right away! As soon as I opened the door, the 180° sea view from the floor-to-ceiling windows instantly blew me away – my mood just brightened right up! The amenities in the room were also from good brands, and there was even a little souvenir on the table. The room was comfortable to stay in too. If I get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely prioritize this place!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience. **Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise. **Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude. This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival.

During the Spring Festival holiday, I went out with my husband and chose Nan'ao Island. The homestay is on the mountainside, the environment is beautiful, just next to the net red punching point. The boss is so enthusiastic, there is a dedicated parking space for the homestay, the technology is not good, and I am not afraid to stop. The boss and the housekeeper will help stop. Picture one is the Spring Festival gift from the homestay. You can see the sunrise from the balcony of the room station. I wish the homestay business is booming.

The location is fantastic, right by the river. If you book a sea-view room, you'll get a great view of the river. Free parking is a plus. It's in the old town, very local, with lots of food options nearby. There's a wet market behind the hotel which is amazing; the vendors are so friendly, one auntie even invited us to drink tea with her! Chaoshan Gongfu tea truly lives up to its reputation. The room facilities are decent. Suggestions: 1. I hope the hotel designates non-smoking rooms. There was a slight smoky smell when we first entered, but it dissipated quickly after opening the window and turning on the AC. 2. The hallways should be cleaned or vacuumed promptly; we noticed some debris on the carpet. The front desk staff, both male and female, were very welcoming and gave great food recommendations!

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to various dining options. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment itself was relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is close to several restaurants and shops however, the building itself is looks very old and shabby from the outside. Once you enter the room though it is very aesthetically pleasing while the all white aesthetic is hard to keep clean. The couch looked a little old and dirty when you look closely but in pictures everything looks nice. There is a great cafe and steam bun place down the street for breakfast. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbor where you can walk and relax at night or stroll in the sun during the day. It is a 10 minute drive to Zuimei Beach which was very convenient. From the bridge it is about 25 minute drive, located right in the middle of the island. In general for the price we paid I felt it was totally worth it, the staff was nice, and they helped us park for free about a 5 minute walk down the street. They had toothbrushes in the room but also had an area to get other amenities like mouth wash, hair ties, bug spray, etc. They also had water that you can help yourself to. The best part? At the end of the night they delivered a bag with milk and heated eye masks before bed. This was unexpected and very cute. The room features a smart control system, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby has a beautiful, stylish coffee bar with a quiet and elegant ambiance, creating a wonderful atmosphere. This stay was incredibly comfortable. The exquisite coffee bar offers freshly ground coffee beans with a rich aroma, and both the Americano and latte taste authentic. You can enjoy a fragrant hot coffee anytime. The room also comes with individual coffee and sugar packets, so you can leisurely make a heartwarming coffee in the morning without having to go downstairs. The quiet and elegant environment makes it incredibly relaxing to take a break in the coffee area, and the coffee quality rivals popular网红(internet-famous) cafes outside. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the hygiene is spotless. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Friends who love coffee should definitely choose this hotel; I'll prioritize staying here again next time!

The room was very tidy and the environment was great, especially our sea view room. However, some maintenance is needed. The water pressure in the room was extremely low! The hot water would turn cold after a few seconds, then stop completely for a few seconds before returning to normal, and this kept repeating 😢. It would be freezing in winter. There's a small soaking tub in the room, but even after an hour of filling, the water only reached our ankles. Plus, the room let in a lot of light.

We specifically chose the off-season to visit Nanao, so it was less crowded and more peaceful. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The butler mentioned that since it was the off-season, they upgraded our room type for free, which was a wonderful surprise! Eating out in Houzai is also cheaper during the off-season. If you want to avoid the crowds and enjoy a few quiet days by the sea, I highly recommend coming at this time, and staying here will make it even more comfortable.
