The hotel is located on a small street by the river. There are gridded parking spaces on the roadside, and the hotel also has its own small parking lot, which is quite friendly to guests who drive. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, but most of them are closed during the Chinese New Year. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Maybe because there were not many guests staying there, she upgraded us to a superior room for free. The free breakfast provided by the hotel is on the 7th floor. The variety is not rich, but the taste is good. Overall it was a good accommodation experience!

Upon check-in, the hotel staff offered a cup of hot tea in the lobby. The lobby was simple and clean, the front desk was clean and bright, and the room was exceptionally clean and convenient to access. There were many snack shops within 200 meters! The front desk service was excellent! I really enjoyed the breakfast, which suited my taste. The hotel facilities were complete, with a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. A delivery robot helped deliver takeout and other items, which was especially convenient.

The twin room is perfect for four people, very clean and hygienic. The location is super convenient, and the service is excellent. It's very close to Lu Xun's Former Residence, Cangqiao Direct Street, and Shuigouying Food Street, plus there are plenty of dining options nearby.

This Hanting hotel offers incredible value for money. Its location right next to Lu Xun's former residence is super convenient for walking around. There are tons of little shops, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so you never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The management must be excellent because all the front desk staff are so friendly. Every time I walked in, they'd stand up and greet me – that's a level of service even some Atour hotels don't provide! I'd definitely want to come back here again. Oh, and the rooms are exceptionally clean too!

Fantastic overall experience, I couldn't find a single fault. The room assigned was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and recommend it to my friends.

Booked on Trip.com, requested a room near the elevator, non-smoking, and quiet. The staff did their best to accommodate all requests. It was a curved room, quite spacious, with large windows overlooking the street. There was a bit of street noise at night, but it was tolerable. The room was clean. It seemed like there was no hot water at the sink, but the shower was fine. Breakfast was good.

The hotel address is too biased. I can’t get a taxi from the hotel to Shaoxing North Station. No one takes the order. It is far from the scenic spot. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi from Shaoxing’s famous attractions to this hotel. The environment is average. There are a lot of dander on the sofa. I don’t know what’s going on. A perfect stay that exceeded my expectations! I was extremely satisfied with my stay and this will be my first choice for any future trip to Shaoxing! • Location and Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station, making it convenient to reach various attractions. The surrounding area is very quiet, and I slept very well at night. • Facilities and Cleanliness: The room was larger than I expected, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and most importantly, it was spotless. • Service and Attentive Service: The service deserves the most praise! The receptionist was warm and attentive. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice, highly recommended!

This stay experience is really good, you must praise the young lady at the front desk! When checking in, I was very warm and thoughtful, gentle and patient, the whole process was clear, the efficiency was very high, and the business ability was particularly professional. Because the itinerary has changed temporarily, we want to apply for a late check-out. We were worried that it would be very troublesome. I didn't expect that Miss Sister would be very happy to help coordinate. The whole process was efficient and caring. There was no impatience. It really helped us a lot. Miss sister not only looks very good-looking, gentle temperament, smiles particularly friendly, more rare is the service awareness is super good, doing things neat and careful, completely people feel the warmth of being at home. The whole process from check-in to check-out is very smooth and comfortable. There are such excellent front desk staff, which really adds too much points to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and I am especially grateful to this young lady who serves attentively. I will definitely choose here next time!
