The hotel does not meet expectations and the price. Very high ratings. The room was clean, but the bathroom had poorly thought out water protection, neither in the shower nor in the bathtub itself, water was constantly flowing onto the floor, the entire floor was in water. There was no cleaning brush, it was annoying. Water only in a 1.5 liter bottle. There was a lot of food, varied, but it was average. I would not say that it was tasty, once the meat was tastier. Cocktails were also available, upon request, nothing special, good for Egypt. In general, for that kind of money we would not go again.

An ordinary hotel, average, but not worth the money. Definitely not worth 5*. This hotel is 4* at most. Old furniture, cracked tiles, something doesn't work, the food gets boring on the third day. Juices are chemicals, natural ones - rarely. Not worth the money, it's a long walk to the sea through another hotel, and even there the beach is for 3 hotels, there are never enough sun loungers. The territory is small, basically a well in the yard is the whole territory. I would definitely not come back a second time. Ps. Once I saw a guy in the canteen wiping dirt off clean mugs with his finger, who was standing at the counter, since then we only drank from paper cups

This was our 3rd trip to this hotel. We enjoyed every minute there. A big thank you to everyone that works there from reception, resurant and bar, pool guys and cleaners all doing a great job at keeping everyone happy and comfortable big thank you to mahmood the chef and Bob and the guys around the pool hope to see you all again great hotel x

I had gone the naama waves from 26th of September to 1st of October. The hotel is very fantastic and my room was a family room or suite room . The room very clean daily and amazing. Except one day there was some housekeeping late cleaning . The restaurant have a a good food open buffet. The workers at resturant very helpful , polite and kindness my special thanks for restaurant manager and chef cooking Taamiaa (Egyptian folklore food ) and Omlete eggs his name Hassan as I remembered and also a waiter named Salah was very helpful guy . In addition to pool staff , the guys was very nice and helpful . The pool was clea all time . The night show was very fantastic Also staff workers on different snacks bar was excellent attitude. Except the guy responsible for towels at beach was moody and unprofessional. The last 2 day of trip was doing his duty unprofessional. He was not found and I took my towels and went search for a suitable place and chairs and . That's why is my evaluation 4 of 5. But at the end of day the hotel very excellant.

Best place evever the staff the food Adam bosch needs a pay rise..what he dose outstanding the team in the restaurant always welcome you with a smile very clean the food is excellent. The bar staff never stop go above and beyond for you the guys round the excellent very clean .

Great friendly hotel My partner and I just got back from staying here for 8 days, 1st impressions thought it wasn't up to what we usually book but that soon changed . The staff were absolutely brilliant all of them ! The chef spoilt us ,the pool guys made sure we had 2 su beds ready every morning and the bar staff all made sure my drinks were always full. SPECIIAL SHOUT OUT TO BOB ! he is in charge around the pool area and what a lovely man he is , always putting u 1st ended up a good friend to us x Hotel position great ,yes ypu have to go across the rd through another hotel down a lift but then you bang.on Narma bay strip.the hotels beech is also there ,bit of a trot but who cares. ALOT OF RUSSIANS,but that's Egypt ! It was my Mrs birthday while there and they all spoilt us on the day ,well worth a stay .we will be back BOB !!

Stayed here for 10 nights, and while the place is decent, I wouldn’t call it amazing. Some of the staff are genuinely nice, but their English is severely limited, making it challenging for them to comprehend our conversations. The Russian far outnumbers the English here. The lady receptionist, who doesn’t seem to grasp English, was completely clueless when we tried to check in. She even asked us if we had to pay for the rest of our stay, despite us having printed out the documents showing that we had already paid. We were then led to our rooms without any layout or information about the hotel’s amenities. To find our way around, we had to wander the hotel ourselves. Fortunately, we met some English guests who had been there for a few days and kindly provided us with some guidance. The Mexican restaurant was good for lunch. The tuna sandwich & chicken sandwich were the best options in my opinion. However, be prepared for a disappointing shredded beef sandwich. It’s more like smoky ham slices, which was quite amusing. The à la carte allows you to use it only once, forcing you to choose between Italian or Mexican cuisine. You can only book the à la carte between the time of 10am till 2pm which isn’t helpful if you’re down the beach etc. You have to tell them what food you want you can’t choose later on at night when you’re in the restaurant. This was quite disappointing, as we’ve traveled to Sharm El Sheikh many times and never encountered this limitation at other hotels. The main restaurant offers limited food options, so if you’re a picky eater, brace yourself for dishes like chips, chicken, and spaghetti every day. The same applies to the beach, where the choices are equally limited. The main restaurant’s food didn’t appeal to us at all, so ended up eating out most nights, which is something you don’t want when you’re meant to be all inclusive. When it came to good food, we had a few options: Tavern Bar (an English pub), Dananeer, bluestone - you get 10% off your food for being in Naama waves hotel. The hotel rooms are generally clean. Our cleaner was helpful and attentive to our needs. However, the shower had a clogged drain and didn’t drain well and the beds do feel like you’re sleeping on the floor as they are hard mattresses. Apart from that, we didn’t encounter any other significant issues with the room. If you have a walking disability, navigating the hotel can be challenging due to the numerous steps throughout. To reach the beach, it’s approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Fortunately, buggies are available at the sister hotel to assist with uphill travel if required. Additionally, there’s a lift that conveniently saves you going up and down five floors. The hotel offers access to two beaches. One is small, chaotic, and quite noisy. The other is more peaceful and spacious towards the afternoon sometimes in the mornings it was like you was a pack of sardines on the beach. The pool toilets are disgusting they don’t get cleaned and

Just got back.hotel nice lovely staff except some staff didnt understand english which was hard trying to communicate with .the beach well had to go through the grounds of 2 hotels and a hill.which was not suitable if u have walking diffuculties.also the beach was tiny which 3 hotels shared .food was cold and not much choice at all .

Amazing totally amazing yet again. Was so happy to see BOB And his staff around the pool really attentive and made the holiday . The food was really good and the restaurant staff was so so good and so so attentive to everyone and going out of their way to help everyone the staff over all was fantastic our room 2nd to none we are going to return in November because we miss it so much

We have just returned from Sharm el sheikh, staying at this hotel for 7 days. There were 10 of us including 4 children. we genuinely could not recommend this hotel enough the adults and th kids had so much fun. The staff are incredible and so helpful, they were so friendly and helped us with all of our needs. Especially alaa mohammed. The location is also so perfect close to the beach and shopping area. Honestly book this hotel if you are looking for a good time

I got sick on the way from Oslo (Norway) to Sharmel el sheik. At my hotel Naama Weves they have a doctor's clinic which I visited. I was thoroughly examined and immediately received excellent treatment. Both doctors and staff were professional and nice people. I am so satisfied with the treatment I received, therefore I share my experience with others. Thank you very much for the best tableware I received.

The room was ok but definitely not a 5 star. Not many brits at all full of Russians who were really rude noisy and quite intimidating at times. The food wasn’t up to much we both got food poisoning and are still quite ill almost a week after returning home . I have to say the restaurant staff were fantastic especially when we’re both poorly in our room helping with drinks etc . The hotel was very noisy at night not just up till midnight but also until 4am in the morning. We rang reception on numerous times and nothing was done about it . The manager said what do you want us to do about it . Not the answer that we were expecting. Overall I wouldn’t recommend a stay at Naama waves if you want a peaceful holiday . We certainly won’t be visiting again . It’s put us off Egypt for good
