I love this hotel!! It’s so clean, lots to do, friendly staff, and the food is good (the deserts weren’t so great they were just alright). My tips would be to bring a converter because only ONE plug worked and it was a struggle to keep my things charged 😆 Another thing is, I wish the waiters had table sections. This way 5 people don’t disturb your meal asking if you need a drink.
It’s right on the beach!

I don't know how this hotel gets all these good reviews. The poolside room we were assigned on our first day had a phone that didn't work. The toiletries in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been changed in 800 years, and the bedsheets and covers were visibly stained. I complained to the front desk, and they moved me to a different room, but the covers were still rotten. It was truly speechless. We bought our own water outside, but when we checked out, they charged us 2 euros. We said we didn't touch the minibar, so they refused. Are they trying to rip me off? 30% of the staff at this hotel are nice, but 70% are discriminatory, sulking and frowning, and smiling like slaves at the sight of Europeans and Americans. I don't recommend this hotel! Don't be fooled by all-inclusive hotels; all-inclusive means only your most basic food needs are met, don't expect anything fancy. If you're in Sharm, go straight to the Four Seasons.
