room cleanliness, comfort and facilities is amazing. location is still one of the best, if not the best. hotel has two convenience stall at the lobby, located right next to taiyuan pedestrian street. the front desk staff are very helpful, especially 王佳 and ”小白白”, helping me with the transport arrangement to the airport, as we are a ”little” behind time. definitely will stay in this hotel if i am back to Shenyang.

There is a 24hrs convenient store inside the hotel lobby. Location is quite centralised to the shopping area. Hotel gave an upgrade of the room. It was spacious and comfortable.

All are good but the AC not working during midnight but the friendly staff help to resolve it . Thank you.

Great location right next to the shenyang station. The room was clean and suited our needs with two single beds. However, the bathroom door is just a swinging door with gaps so that anyone passing by the door can see you in it and as it is right next to the room door it could be a bit awkward if you someone needs to open the room door while someone is using the bathroom.

I was really satisfied with this stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm. The service at the front desk was very professional, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also helped me carry my suitcase. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and elegant, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The sanitary conditions were also very good, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, and the details were done very well. The sound insulation of the hotel was very good, and it was very quiet at night, and there was no need to worry about being disturbed by noise. The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was friendly, and it gave people a feeling of being at home. In short, this stay was very pleasant and I strongly recommend this hotel! Facilities: The parking lot management is average. There are not many parking spaces. Snow is not cleared in time, and there is a situation where one car occupies two parking spaces. The room was super warm! Service: The service is perfect. When we arrived at the store, hot water was served. The front desk guy helped us solve the parking problem.

The hotel is roughly a 10-minute walk from the US Consulate, and going there for a visa interview was the purpose of our trip. So, I recommend this hotel if that is your reason for visiting Shenyang. Otherwise, the fitness room is organized and clean, the breakfast buffet is decent, and the room has plenty of space. The only thing I would say is ”okay” is the service as receiving food service took a long time. It would be better to order food in the area. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

The service at the hotel's front desk left an indelible impression on me and I must praise it! It was past midnight when I arrived at the hotel. I dragged my tired body into the lobby, expecting to be met with indifference and perfunctory treatment. Unexpectedly, the girl at the front desk immediately gave me a warm and sincere smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and she also carefully asked me if I needed any additional help. My tiredness instantly dissipated. On the night of check-in, I accidentally spilled water, which caused a short circuit in the room's power supply. I called the front desk in a panic, and the beautiful girl gently comforted me and told me not to worry, while she quickly contacted the maintenance staff. In just a few minutes, the maintenance personnel rushed to the room and quickly resolved the problem. The front desk was following up on the situation throughout the process, which made me feel much more at ease. When I checked out the next day, I was in a hurry to catch my flight and left important documents in the room. After the front desk found out, they called me immediately to inform me and also took the initiative to help contact the courier to send the documents to me, which solved my urgent problem. This kind of service has far exceeded my expectations. They not only have professional qualities, but also have a warm heart. Every detail makes people feel extremely considerate. It is a blessing for the hotel and every guest that Atour Hotel Shenyang Taiyuan Street Minzhu Square has such excellent employees. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose here again!
