Check in and there is a used tissue beneath the bed. Requested for iron and board and it took 2 hours to get to our room. Noise insulation is quite bad during sleep. The hotel only advantage is opposite mrt.

Clean room but terrible service. I called the receptionist to see if they have laundry service available but she said no, I need to look myself. I then asked if she could point me to a dry cleaner and she says no, I need to look myself. Later I found that the hotel does indeed have dry clean service and it was available in the room. The receptionist did not like foreigners. The vending machines are also not functional, but you can walk to a convenience store. The air conditioner is very strong. It is also right above a train station, so that is convenient, but not too much to do at night within walking distance.

Decor was nice, it was clean, good location next to the MTR. ventilation was only in Chinese, hard to use, and very poor. the shower and toilet is in separate cubicles, with no privacy for changing. I left an item in the room and only realized hours after checking out that day. the cleaner lady picked it up, but the hotel did not call to inform me. They just left the item there - it was lucky that I did not already leave Shenzhen or else it would've been hard to get it back. the service was average.
