The hotel is really amazing, large spacious and modern rooms. Convenience all around, delicious coffee shop across the street.

Hotel was a bit tricky to find at first, but once we got there, we actually found the location extremely convenient in the Oct Loft area. We even managed to find even more hidden gems around the area the next morning. The bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable for a good nite sleep even though the Aircon took a long time to cool and keeps going back to the original temperature. We appreciated the staff in taking prompt action in getting rid of a big friendly bug for us in the room. During check-in, it was strange that we needed a local mobile to get wifi access, since we were tourists using SIM cards with no local number, the front desk had kindly helped us to resolve the problem by using his own mobile just to get us wifi. Would be great if the hotel could provide more facilities like a Pool Table and perhaps a bit more variety in the breakfast selection. Overall, great experience with friendly staff and comfortable beddings in a modern hotel.

Since raising concerns of the services kast time. I saw a big improvement when I return to this hotel this time especially the front desk services. They now think from customers’ perspective and provide more customised and efficient services

We had nice stay here! Spacious, clean and comfy bed. The location is great as it is surrounded by eateries and there’s convenient store nearby. It would be better if they improve for breakfast as the options very limited.
Will definitely stay here again when I come to Shenzhen.
