Hotel is close to Poly Cultural Centre about 15 minutes walk in a quiet neighbourhood. Front desk 橙橙 was helpful providing information about the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with facilities such as gym, laundry and lounge area on the ground floor.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the Tencent Building, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rooms are spacious, and the facilities are new, including a well-equipped gym. The breakfast spread is superb, and guests also enjoy a complimentary mini-bar.

Tingting from the hotel always maintains a warm smile and has an excellent demeanor; her professionalism and friendliness leave a deep impression on guests. The hotel is conveniently located with excellent transportation links, making it easy to get around without any hassle. The facilities in the rooms are fully equipped, clean, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities readily available.

The soundproofing was truly excellent! Even with a street-facing room, I couldn't hear any noise at all and slept soundly until morning. The local snacks served for breakfast were also very special. Our butler, Jovana, called beforehand to arrange the room, which was very helpful.

My overall 4-night stay was quite pleasant. Jovana at check-in was incredibly helpful and even managed to upgrade my room. I'm a repeat guest at UrCove, having stayed at different locations in Shanghai and Shenzhen, and I consistently find them to be good. Both the facilities and service are generally excellent.
A few points for improvement:
1. On the last day, I noticed stains on the slippers in my king room. Housekeeping standards could definitely be improved.
2. The air conditioning seemed to only cool effectively below 23 degrees Celsius. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature – either too cold when set low or not cool enough when set high.
