It is 10 meters away from Exit B of Xiasha Metro Station. The southwest side is adjacent to the historic Xiasha Ancient Village. The southwest is the only urban wetland in Shenzhen-the Mangrove Nature Reserve, a coastal ecological green space, a habitat for migratory birds, and across the sea from Hong Kong; the east side borders the High-tech Entrepreneurship Park, and can quickly enter Xiangmihu Road. Was it because on the day of your check-out, you couldn't contact her on WeChat and it was already the latest check-out time of 14:00 (after that time the computer will automatically calculate the room fee), so you reported it to the cleaning lady and asked her to knock on the door to confirm your check-out. She had a loud voice and spoke loudly, but she didn't mean any harm, so please understand! Regarding the room hygiene issue you reported, we immediately convened an emergency housekeeping meeting to train on the room cleaning process and strengthen the room inspection standards.
