The night front desk staff, 121.118, was excellent and even helped upgrade my room. The room was super spacious and had a bathtub 🛁. Very satisfied!

It's super convenient to get around; a taxi to the border crossing is just a kilometer away. The hygiene is quite good, and the service is excellent. If you're going to Hong Kong, you can store your luggage here, and food deliveries can be brought right to your door. Getting to the city center is also easy.

The front desk staff, 106/116, were very enthusiastic and gave us great recommendations for nearby shopping and dining spots.

The room was very spacious and clean, and it's a short drive to the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

Quite a walk from metro. Didi and taxi cannot come into hotel, can only stop outside, in fact this building is also a car inspection center, where there are many taxis queueing to have car inspected.walking to Hotel reception is difficult. Staffs are friendly, helpful. Very willing to help, thumbs up. No breakfast as no FnB on site, no pools, no other amenities at all. Our rooms on the 5th floor have tiny windows, though room is big. Must have been renovated. This hotel have almost same name as its sister hotel. Dynasty Business Hotel and Dynasty Hotel. The confusing part is in Trip website this hotel is listed as Dynasty Business Hotel, which is not correct. We ended up at the wrong hotel, and have to make our way to this hotel, it's not far away but with luggages it's a chore. Lack of ammenities is quite annoying as most hotels would have breakfast, laundry.. even toilet at reception is located outside, more like toilet for car inspection users. Wouldn't recommend staying here though it's near to HKG border, as going around in Shenzhen take time.

Had a truly excellent experience! While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious, especially the mini wontons and chicken noodle soup! The stay was very comfortable and the service was great. There are a few good restaurants nearby, and it's very close to public transportation.

Great location and nice rooms. There was a lovely lady at the front desk who even helped me freeze some items. I didn't quite understand some things, but it's not a big deal. Overall, it was good, and I even extended my stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, 38 square meters. The service was excellent and thoughtful. The hygiene was great, very clean. The location was very convenient, close to the subway station, and easy to get a taxi. It's close to everything. I stayed for nine consecutive days.

This is my second stay here, the last time was in September last year. The room was quiet at night with no noise, and the air conditioning worked well. **Environment:** It's quiet around here. Even though there's a vehicle administration office below, it's not noisy. The front desk staff thoughtfully mentioned there's construction nearby, but I didn't hear any noise, so that was good. When the lights are off at night, the room is very dark. The soundproofing and light-blocking are excellent, I slept really well. **Parking:** There are free parking spaces downstairs, but it's first-come, first-served. If you arrive late, you'll have to park elsewhere. **Cleanliness:** Hmmm, it was a bit worse than my last stay. I'm not sure if it was a different room, but there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. Even with the toilet lid closed, the smell was still there. It didn't spread to the main room if the bathroom door was closed, but it was noticeable inside the bathroom. **Service:** The front desk staff was very patient and the young lady was super friendly and answered all my questions.

Facilities: Only one room key for two people, which was very inconvenient. The room facilities were quite old; both the sink and toilet had cracks, which I initially mistook for hair. On the first day, they didn't put out any toilet cleaner, but then they did on the second day, which felt strange. The toothbrushes were always frayed in the same two spots. Hygiene: I personally found it just average. During our extended stay, the sheets and duvet covers were never changed for two days. The pillows clearly looked like they had been slept on without the pillowcases being replaced. Environment: I'm not sure what was outside the door, but it was incredibly noisy starting around 5 AM. We stayed for several days, and every morning we were woken up by the noise. Service: The young lady at check-in was very thoughtful, but after checking in, I asked for a table to eat, and the hotel said they didn't have any. They suggested I downgrade to a lower room category, which supposedly had one. Overall, the room size was decent, and it's quite close to Futian Station. However, if you're a light sleeper, I really don't recommend it. I was so tired from traveling that I only managed to fall back asleep in a semi-conscious state. There wasn't much in terms of service.

The front desk staff on 106/125 were super enthusiastic, giving us great recommendations for shopping, snacks, and places to explore nearby! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the big bed was a dream to sleep in. It's our top choice for crossing the border into Hong Kong, offering excellent value for money. Getting to Futian Port the next morning was a breeze, just a short taxi ride of about ten yuan and a few minutes away. Plus, there's food conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Very comfortable and pleasant experience with hotel stay, a pity that no public transport connects in front of the door, and the walking distance from it to the Futian Port is comparatively long around 15 minutes
