They need to hire English speakers at this hotel because I had problems communicating and this hotel does not seem foreigner-friendly. The elevators and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. I recommend air purifier machines in the hallways to make moving about the interior more pleasant.

This hotel is not recommended,its the worst hotel in Shenzhen,the facilities are filthy,cockroaches all over the rooms,ants snd insects in the room,for hygiene purposes do not book this hotel,the linen was not changed,i found hairs on the sheets,the towels were dirty and not replaced for clean towels after guests checkout. I requested a refund after complaining but was refused to be refunded, other guests checked out, showing videos of cockroaches, finally i was left with no option but to checkout. The environment is noisy with drunk people running in the passage,cleaners chatting at your door,no peace and quiet, not recommended for business or solo travellers.
