First time staying at service apartment (Mixed of home office & residential) ...very nice host. Need face verification when entering the apartment. Reached almost 1am, luckily host was very responsive and registered for us. Apartment was 5 mins walk to Jixiang metro station. You can also order food delivery and deliver to doorstep. There's a minimart, restaurants & McDonald's below apartment. Walking distance to VanKe Mall (Longgang). Everything good but the bed was very hard ...and the aircon in 1 of the room was not so cold.

環境挺好的，附近有很多小吃店，走幾分鐘就到萬科廣場。離地鐵站很近，出行遊玩很方便。

住宿其實應該是不錯，地段好周邊配套亦非常好，靠近鐵路站，吃的玩的買的什麼都有，屋内空間四正夠大冷氣涼，屋内裝修亦很好，本應係一個非常不錯既房源。但就不明白為何酒店方配置這樣的傢俬在屋内，首先椅子是爛的不敢坐，梳化亦不舒適，最敗筆就是用來睡覺的床，真的是非常硬只能說比起睡在地上好一些，租住酒店原意是假期本想休息兩天，誰不知這兩天睡也睡不好，這個假期就被那張床墊給破壞了，還有一件事情不得不說，房内有三台空調搵都被安裝了遠端控制器，在我第一天入住期間竟然被關掉兩次空調，第一次只關掉客廳那台，第二次直接三台同时關掉，不讓開就直接說，這是一個多麽可恥的行為，試問客人租住期間不是有使用權限嗎？你們要是這麼吝嗇電費不如直接拆掉。之後第二天我直接斷網關掉房内WIFI才不讓他們操控。總括來説雖然很喜歡這小區，在這裏生活真的是非常舒適但是這房源絕對絕對絕對不會再入住。還好這次只是入住兩天！

房間客廳因為是挑空兩層高，因此夏天時空調似乎不太夠力。淋浴間一個非乾濕分區，另一個分區沒有隔斷。而且淋浴間排水很慢，水積得有些高。門鎖無法反鎖，旅客對安全性有點擔憂。其餘還可以。
