It was a great hotel for the price. Very near to the train station, but is kind of remote location. We even missed the last train which stopped at 11pm.
It offers free bicycle leasing, for a leisure ride down the river next to the hotel.

Great facilities. Paid a fraction more for club lounge access and it was worth it. Amazing gym! Super friendly atmosphere with approachable staff. Metro station is literally a stones throw away. Absolute highlight was the CNY lion dance.

Very nice and helpful staff, front desk, vogue cafe and cleaning ladies. Although it located a bit far, the surrounding is super nice and quiet. During CNY, there’s dragon dance and staff were very busy but still maintain superb service, we can see staff from other departments helping out breakfast service to keep customers happy. Especially the front desk staff 何子椽helped out our food delivery (we don’t speak much mandarin) and other staff helped out for a broken locker scan and sent fruits to apologise for the inconvenience, not the value of the fruit but we appreciated the gesture. They made our stay happy and want to come back during Summer time. Indoor pool also nice and clean. Very well done and great team!

Hotel is very close to the Exhibition center. It is luxurious hotel, clean, facilities are top: restaurants, breakfast buffet, swimming pool (indoor/ outdoor), gym 24/7.
The breakfast food and service room is veyr delicious, and have multiple choices.
The staff is welcoming, helpful and speak English. They offer Baggage storage for free too!
The ambiance is very calm in the surrounding area, the bed and pillows are comfortable.
