Huge room and comfortable beds and linen. Could be cleaner as there is some mold but overall good. Big room. May be hard to find

Location is excellent, but a bit difficult to find. Recommend to put up a signage at entrance. Front desk is very attentive to comments, though.

Was originally given an unpleasant room (cigarette odor). Fortunately, the staff member (employee number 10) was able to change the room to a smoke-free one, solving the problem. The serviced apartment is quite good especially the location steps away from the Yannan subway station. The neighborhood has many restaurants and a couple supermarkets (Hema and Walmart) in the neighborhood.

Excellent location. Apartment is above mall. Basement is Freshippo Supermarket (Jack Ma's). Walmart is 150m away. Electrical / IT malls 500m. Many and plenty of restaurants... Lots of hot pots! With luggage we booked Didi from Shenzhen North High speed train station to Time ONE was ¥40. FYI if with luggage the Yannan station exit to Time ONE has 5 flights of stairs. No escalators not lift. Upon arrival look out for McDonald's. The lift lobby is opposite where there's a security guard on duty. Take lift to Level 8. Room 812 reception. Check in. Overall the service is good and prompt. We had Aircon setting error, the receptionist knocked on our door very quickly. She's like a one man operation taking care of everything. Overall we are very pleased with our stay. Room cleanliness good.

Room is Spacious. Location is good, next to Metro Station. lots of F&B outlets near by.

First, we were given the wrong keys 2 times when we opened the door, and there was someone in the room that the room we got it was 2202, and the tab water in the toilet was licking all the floor was wet. I hated the room

It's a spacious apartment. Stayed at level 8 on the same floor to check in. Downstairs and nearby a lot of eateries.

The serviced apartment is just next to the Macs at BaoShuTai building. It took quite a while to look for the entrance to the Lift. Room is clean n functional. I booked 2 lift units which can sleep 4. Very comfortable and spacious. Next to Yan an metro stn ( exit A no escalator)
