真的很不錯的房間 落地窗風景超超超級好 過來住尊嘟很開心 衞生很乾凈 客服小姐姐也很好説話 一共兩天體驗感拉滿 樓下就是文和友還有老街地鐵站特別方便 大家都可以來試試看 好評！！！！！！！！！！

過來出差住的是法式風格，房間很美，落地窗視野絕了能看到京基一百。房東迴應及時，房間面積大，日用品齊全，還有一次性馬桶套。比住酒店性價比高多了。

房間是新裝修的，但進去很香！每個細節都很有質感，太喜歡了叭～ 關鍵還是智能馬桶，卸粧油、洗面奶、泡澡袋全都有，好貼心，這個價格我感覺非常值！有浴缸泡泡澡看電影都不想出去啦～下次再來

這棟公寓的位置很好，就在深圳文和友上面，對面就是老街商業區，離高鐵深圳站也很近。房間視野也很好。房間佈置也有設計感，不顯老套的貴重但比較温馨，很適合情侶度假*^O^*

隔音很差，都可以聽到半夜還有人走路聲和説話聲。大半夜隔壁鬼吼鬼叫很可怕 。而且馬路邊，高鐵聲啥的有點吵。
環境還可以，看上去也還挺乾淨，可是我覺得被套枕套？（可能是裝飾的那幾個抱枕和毛毯）沒有換洗還是啥，反正蓋被子覺得渾身有點癢。
還有服務很一般，有問題不好找到人，回覆解決很慢。
有點就是環境還不錯吧，位置挺熱鬧的，落地窗看夜景挺漂亮。周邊吃的挺多，外賣可以送上來，房間內很多工具都有，吹風機，洗衣機，衣架充電器啥的都有。
