Tracy was very helpful gave us very prompt service and helped to accommodate 3 of us families on the same floor
Rooms have a cigarette smoke smell which really needs to improve there should be non smoking rooms in hotels
My room was promptly cleaned with the smoke treatment and it was fine

Just stayed at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Bao'an Stadium, and it was great! The location is super convenient, especially if you're visiting the stadium. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a nice selection. My room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting the area!

Thanks to the front counter staff Anne and your colleague , she have upgraded my room upon my checkin , and help me to track back the taxi who drove me to train station and get back my card holder . Location of the hotel is excellent , hotel breakfast is owe-some . Will definitely come back for my next visit to Shenzhen.

Room is big and clean location is good subway station right outside the hotel breakfast is good with a lot of variety, check in was fast and efficient and Skye at the front desk help me by answering all my question. Only complain I have is with the laundry room they need to upgrade the washing machine and the dryer, it takes too long.
