Good location but a bit far from the subway station.

Place is good and many restaurants around the area. Breakfast can eat KFC & dumping , taste is good. Only walk around 10mins from MTR but recommend to take taxi coz weather is too hot. ^*^

Location is perfect with tons of restaurants within 500 meter. I have arrived the hotel at 16:30 but the room are not ready yet. teabags are not topup after used up. I have ordered a few parcels with hotel as the reception address, but hotel reception doesn't take care of them properly, just put them in the corner and anyone can pick up without confirmation.

This hotel was absolutely darling! There was so much attention to detail throughout, from the sign on the shower encouraging the “concert to begin”, the custom shower amenities, and the teas put out each day. At first, we stayed in the least expensive room, which had a window facing a wall. We stayed there for our first two nights, and then asked if we could upgrade for our third and final night in Shenzhen. The hotel staff accommodated us so kindly and it took us less than 10 minutes to completely change to the new room. I would recommend booking the room with a view—it’s worth it! We bought each day’s breakfast along with our booking, which ended up being vouchers which can be redeemed at either the next door dumpling shop or KFC. Since the price was quite fair, we didn’t mind the situation. We would have stayed longer, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Shenzhen! This hotel was cozy, all of the staff were so attentive and helpful, and everything was so clean and attractive. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!❤️

It is positioned as "light luxury and fashion" and focuses on design and female-friendly services (such as providing details such as fragrances and makeup mirrors). The overall style is more youthful and has a high cost-performance ratio.
