The room was excellent. It's rare to find a family room with one large and one small bed, and they're usually hard to book. I stumbled upon this place, and since the reviews were pretty good, I decided to book for two nights. The room was spacious, the beds were large, and it was clean. All the facilities were also quite new.

Good service, good facilities, but location is a bit far from anything

The location is near our conference venue. The atmosphere is green and lively. There are amenities to keep you in shape. Try the gym and breakfast club. The staff are kind. Some English service for foreign guests. Use translation apps if required. Good overall.

Had a fantastic stay! LL and Muzi's room was spacious and bright, with every detail reflecting a commitment to high quality. The room was clean and elegant, and LL added a lot of joy to my trip. The facilities were excellent, making it a truly memorable experience.

My stay here is always amazing it’s my favorite hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful. Super clean and noise free. The gym is amazing and I really enjoy the washer and dryer. I highly recommend

The hotel boasts excellent soundproofing, ensuring exceptionally quiet nights and a truly high-quality sleep. The atmosphere is tranquil and elegant, with soft music gently flowing through the air, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in a delightful and comfortable experience. EE at the front desk provided exceptionally warm and friendly service.

The room offered excellent natural light, good ventilation, a well-thought-out layout, and a great sense of space. (A minor suggestion: it would be great if disposable razors could be provided for male guests, and if the bedside lamp's single-control switch could be improved.) Although there was a minor hiccup during check-in, the hotel staff's service recovery was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd confidently recommend it to anyone considering staying here. Moore Square is directly opposite, offering a night market and folk bars in the evening. General Mountain is located behind the hotel, boasting refreshing spring water. For those who enjoy outdoor travel and hiking, this hotel is an ideal choice.

Any requests during my stay were promptly and efficiently handled. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, which was truly commendable. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable, offering great value.

The hotel's ambiance was great, and the rooms were very spacious. The location was also excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, and getting a taxi was always quick and easy. The only minor drawback was that vehicles don't pull up directly to the hotel entrance unless specifically requested. Other than that, everything was perfect. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Plus, there's a laundry room and a gym on the 3rd floor.

It felt like staying at a friend's beautifully designed home. It's a Nordic-style loft with a skylight, perfect for stargazing. The projector's movie library updates incredibly fast! The host proactively asked about our preferences in advance. The Slumberland bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. As a detail-oriented person, I was utterly charmed by all the thoughtful touches... This place absolutely deserves to be popular! 🌟

【My Ideal Travel Retreat】 Opening the window to city views, the perfectly supportive mattress was a dream for my weary body! The butler-style service was incredibly attentive and responsive to every need, and the turndown gift was a delightful little surprise. Even the latte art at the adjacent coffee shop was exquisitely crafted. I stayed for multiple nights and absolutely didn't want to check out! As a detail-oriented person, I'm completely won over! ❤️

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Downstairs, there's also a wonderful selection of books, perfect for a relaxing read. Conveniently, a coffee shop and a bistro are located right downstairs. The service was excellent, and the 24-hour laundry room and gym were extremely convenient. Highly recommended!
