The room is really clean, the staff is really helpfull; we encounter some problems with our flight so the check in time was very late, but the staff was still waiting and assisting us. Will stay here again if we visit Shenzhen. Location also very nice, many food restaurants nearby

There was a cockroach and worm in the room…. Also the paint in the walls was falling off. The service was great, replies were quick and location was okay, many food options nearby but I wouldn’t book again due to the cleanliness in the room, bedsheets were stained, and torn.
