Big room and there is a hanging rack for clothes at the windows. Ordered food delivery thru ******* and hotel staff helped to input tel and address. Food was delivered straight to room by the robot. Gave 4 star for cleanliness because the coffee cup is used was not clear well..had my lipstick. Will return to stay again.

Spacious Room, good value for money! Also, very close to Luojie where you can get all the delicious foods and shopping! 😁 Because it was our first time staying at this hotel. They gave us one breakfast on the house as our booking was included one guest breakfast only. Overall, it was a nice experienced and will definitely book again in the future!

Locationwise this hotel is really convinience as they have lift directly to the hotel since its only two lift so sometimes take time to go up and down. The room is quite spacious with air purifier machine but Some people still smoking in the corridor so the smoke smell everywhere. The room beside us open their door and talking in the night which is quite noisy. It will be better to separate the smoking room floor with non smoking one.

Hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, service and amenities. Really enjoyed it, was also adequately spacious and felt safe even as a female solo traveller. Large projector also made it feel comfortable to unwind while watching show at night. A bit of an issue with the drainage system but nothing of a large hassle.

Guomao station just opposite of the hotel, there's pickup locker and parcel collection station located in the hotel. Not much selection for the breakfast but staff is friendly, able to look for staff for assistance if required. Love the room and toilet. Will consider staying there again.

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Yutai Hotel and couldn't wait to share my experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view. The on - site restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the rooftop pool was the perfect spot to unwind. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Choosing a hotel in China can often be a hit-or-miss experience—but the Palace Hotel in Luohu, Shenzhen is truly a hidden gem. Located just 400 meters from the Shenzhen Railway Station, it’s a short and convenient walk—mostly through well-lit underground shopping alleys, with part of the route even passing a lively food street. The location is unbeatable. Right outside the hotel, Line 1 Metro is to your right, and Line 9 is to your left—both within 200 meters from the lobby. The hotel is also just 500 meters from Luohu Commercial City, one of Shenzhen’s largest malls, with hundreds of shops offering everything from electronics and knockoffs to dried food, fashion, massage parlours, and eateries. But a convenient location is only part of what makes a great stay—comfort matters, and this hotel delivers. Newly built in 2023, it’s modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything a tourist might need. The rooms are big and spacious. Free self-service laundry and dryers mean you can pack light. There’s also a gym, and within 500 meters, you’ll find an abundance of food options. Service is another standout. The staff are attentive and responsive. Towels are replaced promptly when needed, and even small gestures—like an extra bottle of mineral water—don’t go unnoticed. Security is excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I must give special mention to Miss Long (龙小姐) at the reception. Her attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. What really stood out was when she personally carried three new 24” suitcases (which I had ordered from Xiaomi and delivered to the front desk) all the way to my room—an act that perfectly embodies “going the extra mile.” As a retired senior manager, I strongly urge the hotel’s leadership to recognize her potential. If you’re heading to Shenzhen and want a hotel with superb service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Palace Hotel. It’s located just to the left of the Shangri-La Hotel—but with better value and warmth. We booked four rooms for our stay from April 23 to April 26. I stayed in Room 5419.

I’m in love with this hotel! 🥰 The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had such a good rest throughout my stay. The overall environment was clean, cozy, and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again the next time I visit Shenzhen! !

The room is very clean and spacious. There are plenty of amenities such as a pool table, gym and pool. The staff is also friendly and helped us when the internet wasn’t working. I would recommend this hotel to couples, friends and family.

Other than the property is slightly dated, everything thing else works fine and it’s within walking distance to the train station, MTR and eating outlets. Good value for money.
