A fantastic stay with its unbeatable location right in the heart of Dongmen. It’s just a short walk to the metro station (Laojie Station Exit F), making travel around the city incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant with endless local shopping options, food streets, and night markets, perfect for exploring authentic Shenzhen culture. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The property also features a well-equipped gym and a cozy reading corner, which adds a nice touch for those wanting to unwind. Ideal for both short and long stays.

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

Location is good for shopping..but don’t expect a nice hotel as it is located right infront and beside of hospital, and do not have a grand lobby..the room is very small; short of towels & hair conditioner is not refilled despite few requests..however the room is come with cinema and aiqiyi, and cozy..worth for a stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with a powerful AC that was a blessing. The amenities were excellent and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every single day, and i loved the new sealed towels everyday, it felt very hygienic and premium. The standout, however, was the staff. Abby at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Without a doubt, i will be choosing this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended! 

The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and high-tech. What truly stood out, however, were the breathtaking views - both from the room and the rooftop. Staying at the top of a skyscraper in the heart of a stunning city like Shenzhen was definitely a memorable experience. The location is also a plus, with plenty of nightlife and dining options nearby, especially in the evenings.

Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! It's only 300 meters from the subway station, which made getting back from sightseeing at night incredibly convenient. The front desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming. I arrived early before my room was ready, so she offered to store my luggage and handed me a glass of iced plum juice, saying 'It's hot, this will help you cool down.' I instantly felt refreshed and relaxed. The room wasn't huge but it was exceptionally clean and fresh. The bedding had a subtle lavender scent and was so soft and comfortable. The bathroom mirror even had a magnifying makeup mirror next to it – such a thoughtful touch for female guests! For breakfast, the freshly ground soy milk and tea eggs were incredibly flavorful. The auntie in the dining area even noticed I took second helpings of fried dough sticks and offered to warm them up for me. I stayed for two nights and didn't encounter a single issue. The attention to detail truly showed how much care they put into everything. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Originally an older upscale hotel, the facade has been recently renovated, giving the entrance a modern and grand appearance. Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Luohu Port. While the room's original furnishings have a classic, somewhat dated feel, it was spotlessly clean and offered good value for money, especially at less than 400 RMB on a Saturday. Minor drawbacks: 1. The hotel hallways have noticeably low ceilings. 2. Only 3 out of 5 elevators were operational. Major Drawbacks: 1. The banquet hall entrance was directly adjacent to my room. An event was held there in the afternoon, creating significant noise. What's more, guests could only access the banquet hall via the guest room corridor, leading to a constant stream of non-guests passing by my door. If this is the unavoidable route for banquet access, then a room in this location should absolutely not be designated as a guest room; it's only fit for a storage or linen room. 2. The air conditioning (AC) was practically useless. Even set to 18℃ with the fan on high, it only produced a very weak, slightly cool breeze. It struggled all night, only managing to cool the room to 27.5℃, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. I checked in around noon and only returned to my room after 11:30 PM. With an early check-out the next morning for Hong Kong, I simply didn't have the energy or time to request a room change. I find it hard to believe that the previous guest wouldn't have reported this AC issue.

the room and toilet looks a little old. The toilet bowl is converntional not the auto flush and wash backside type. The front desk is extremely helpful though. The breakfast is not fastastic better to do without. Missed going, walked passed without realising to my room several times. There is a massage parlour on the 5th floor providing some relieve. A small discount when you told them recommended or introduced by the hotel.

This is a very good hotel, staff is so kind, good service mind, room size is good enough for 3-4 people to rest in my room type. Hotel is so close with all point what’s my families needed, 1 min for Dongmen old street market 3 mins for Food center 2 mins for MOI outlet 1 min for Hotmaxx (Haotemai) and souvenir shop 1 min for Laojie station (exit D with elevator & E stair) 7 stations (25 mins) from Laojie (Line 3) to COCO park 6 stations (22 mins) from Laojie (Line 3) to Futian high speed train (cross to HK) 14 stations (55 mins) from Laojie (Line 3 ＞ 11) to Airport Terminal 3 15 stations (55 mins) from Laojie (Line 1 ＞ 11) to Airport Terminal 3
