A modern tech inspired hotel conveniently located near Dongmen Ped Street(5-10min walk) and Hubei Metro station(5-10min walk) which is a major line that goes east/west thru Shenzhen for easy travel. The rooms are modern and clean, the bathroom comes with a tech toilet. Downstairs in the lobby is a hotel cafe and next door is a McDonald's. Courtesy and friendly staff man the front desk. Ideal for those who want to be near Dongmen.

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

The young lady gave us complimentary upgrade to our room during check in. We both enjoyed our stay in the beautiful room and all the room amenities. Our room is super clean and everything is like new. Room is equipped with smart voice control to the room functions such as lighting, A/C and curtains but communications only in Mandarin via ‘Siow Tu Siow Tu’ voice command instructions. Just a short walk from Guomao Metro station Exit B which is nearer and after exit turn back facing the cross road traffic light junction then cross the road and you can see the hotel signage on the side of the reddish building facade. The hotel lobby is located on the Ground level of the building and we need our room key to access only to our room floor so security is quite good here. Local name is Mibai Hotel.

Originally an older upscale hotel, the facade has been recently renovated, giving the entrance a modern and grand appearance. Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Luohu Port. While the room's original furnishings have a classic, somewhat dated feel, it was spotlessly clean and offered good value for money, especially at less than 400 RMB on a Saturday. Minor drawbacks: 1. The hotel hallways have noticeably low ceilings. 2. Only 3 out of 5 elevators were operational. Major Drawbacks: 1. The banquet hall entrance was directly adjacent to my room. An event was held there in the afternoon, creating significant noise. What's more, guests could only access the banquet hall via the guest room corridor, leading to a constant stream of non-guests passing by my door. If this is the unavoidable route for banquet access, then a room in this location should absolutely not be designated as a guest room; it's only fit for a storage or linen room. 2. The air conditioning (AC) was practically useless. Even set to 18℃ with the fan on high, it only produced a very weak, slightly cool breeze. It struggled all night, only managing to cool the room to 27.5℃, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. I checked in around noon and only returned to my room after 11:30 PM. With an early check-out the next morning for Hong Kong, I simply didn't have the energy or time to request a room change. I find it hard to believe that the previous guest wouldn't have reported this AC issue.

All public areas are spotlessly clean, and the elevator lobbies and corridors are remarkably quiet, creating a serene and comfortable environment. The rooms are a comfortable size with a practical layout. The bedding was perfectly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The operator, Eirwen, impressed us with her clear and friendly voice, patient demeanor, and prompt responses.

The location of the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel is absolutely unbeatable! Situated right in Shenzhen's Luohu District, it's just a 5-minute walk from Guomao Metro Station (Line 1), making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Kingglory Plaza, a one-stop destination for shopping and dining, is directly opposite. Plus, with a convenience store and coffee shop downstairs, you'll never have to worry about late-night cravings. Dongmen Pedestrian Street is only a 10-minute taxi ride away, perfect for a shopping spree. For business travelers, Futian CBD is just 3 direct metro stops away, home to the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center and Shopping Park. Its proximity to Luohu Port also means you can easily make a day trip to Hong Kong for some retail therapy. The Guest Relations team is incredibly attentive and responsible. I was particularly impressed when they promptly contacted me after I'd checked out about an item I had accidentally left behind. Really impressed! A big shout-out to Eason and Mina! Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shenzhen!

With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy and comfortable – perfect for taking photos. The internet speed was also excellent. Its location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, providing easy access to all major attractions and shopping districts. The surrounding area is lively with an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Considering the prime location, the price was very reasonable, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be staying here again. Five-star rating, highly recommend!
