Hotels in The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100, Shenzhen

Hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, service and amenities. Really enjoyed it, was also adequately spacious and felt safe even as a female solo traveller. Large projector also made it feel comfortable to unwind while watching show at night. A bit of an issue with the drainage system but nothing of a large hassle.

We had a wonderful experience with Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. The staff at the front desk, Joy is very pleasant and helpful. She is very patient on explaining the details of the surroundings and recommends places for our whole family. We stay here for 5 days. The room are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna room, restaurants, etc. I strongly suggest that you should come here if you are with kids. It makes the parents life easier and relaxing 😄😄

Definitely one of my best experience with the JW Marriott chain. The service and hospitality were impeccable! All of their staff are kind and willing to help, even though their English aren’t that great they still tried their best and it shows! The front desk and Butler are so nice, gave me the best experience! Loved the bar and our room, has aesthetically pleasing vibe! Definitely recommend since the price is much more affordable here compared to elsewhere, and the hospitality only is worth a visit!

Guomao station just opposite of the hotel, there's pickup locker and parcel collection station located in the hotel. Not much selection for the breakfast but staff is friendly, able to look for staff for assistance if required. Love the room and toilet. Will consider staying there again.

Breakfast was send to the room. Good customer service from the receptionist. Conversation with receptionist was thru we chat. Almost immediate response for each request

Highly recommend this hotel. For such an affordable price you’ll get an excellent service (I personally want to thank Mr Nelson, he really cares about the guests of the hotel , also speaks English), a super nice location , basically the city downtown, room with all the amenities , and even a bathtub. The room itself I found to be super cute , designed in a very European/Early American style , that I like a lot . I’ll attach some photos. The hotel has no cigarette smell at all ! This is super rare for China lol. If a downtown Shenzhen area place to rest is needed , book this hotel it’s really worth it.

We were upgraded to family room, a big thumb up. The room is spacious and my daughters like the doraemon decoration. Upon checkin, we were told the room included two sets of breakfast, which was unexpected. It is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. You can find fridge, washing machine and a writing desk. It is right opposite to Lao Street (Old Street) and hence you so not have to worry about eating. My family is highly satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back.

Very decent for a short city break ; Excellent location in LuoHu district, central and well connected with metro. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Special thanks Elsa and Frinda, they did give us a very warm welcome and support whenever we need during our stays . I will definitely choose the MuMian again for my next trips .

Great experience at this hotel . The room was clean with modern appliances . We were tired from the day before and didn’t wake up for breakfast. The staff , without us asking , delivered breakfast and set it at the door for us . I would recommend this hotel .

The location of the hotel is easy to access. Close to metro station. Newly renovated, modern, neat and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻😁 Laika Hotel is my top choice in Shenzhen.
