The room was comfortable and offered great value for money, exceeding my expectations for the price point. It was generally quiet, though some car horns could be heard in the mornings, which was easily resolved by closing the window. The air conditioning unit isn't a central system, but you can control both its temperature and fan speed. The bathroom featured a good wet/dry separation and even had a heated toilet seat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and complimentary bottled water was available in the hotel lobby. The only minor drawback was the elevators, which were often busy, leading to slightly longer waiting times.

With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at Kapok Hotel Shenzhen Luohu was exceptionally satisfying. The front desk arranged a quiet and spotless room for me. The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were wonderfully friendly, warm, and attentive. They even thoughtfully provided welcome fruit upon check-in. The lobby was very stylishly designed. On the ground floor, there was a rich collection of books covering diverse topics, available for guests to read at their leisure. The overall ambiance felt truly international. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the facilities were great. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to visit both Hong Kong and Dapeng, it was ideally situated for that. What I appreciated most, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They truly made our stay extra pleasant. Highly recommended!

Grand Hyatt Shenzhen was a delightful surprise! Before check-in, they provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Upon arrival, our room was perfectly arranged, spacious, and spotless. The room's view was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic city vista with such a great ambiance. The MixC shopping mall is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining – truly a one-stop destination for everything you could wish for. The service was exceptional, absolutely flawless; Selina from VIP Services was particularly warm and helpful. The hotel also boasts a wide array of dining options, and we were thoroughly satisfied with all our meals. Next time I visit Shenzhen, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

An established 4-star hotel that's impeccably clean. I was even upgraded to a deluxe room for free, with a unique view directly overlooking Deng Xiaoping's portrait! The location is fantastic for exploring, with the subway entrance right at the doorstep. There are countless dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Plus, they have EV charging points and convenient parking!

The young lady gave us complimentary upgrade to our room during check in. We both enjoyed our stay in the beautiful room and all the room amenities. Our room is super clean and everything is like new. Room is equipped with smart voice control to the room functions such as lighting, A/C and curtains but communications only in Mandarin via ‘Siow Tu Siow Tu’ voice command instructions. Just a short walk from Guomao Metro station Exit B which is nearer and after exit turn back facing the cross road traffic light junction then cross the road and you can see the hotel signage on the side of the reddish building facade. The hotel lobby is located on the Ground level of the building and we need our room key to access only to our room floor so security is quite good here. Local name is Mibai Hotel.

The hotel is located in the Longyuan Chuangzhan Building, which houses numerous apartments, so it can get quite busy with people coming and going. I booked a projector room, which was quite spacious and located on the top floor. It offered good views and was quiet, though the wait for the elevators could be a bit long. I ended up extending my stay for another day.

A perfect 5 nights Stay Thanks to a Fantastic Team Checked in close to midnight, the reception was fast and seamless. One staff went at length (forgot to write down his name as we were too tired), to offer help to set up internet and get room service as we missed our dinner due to flight delays. We are impressed with the helpful concierge, smiley cleaners, and the attentive breakfast team—everyone was friendly, professional, and made our stay wonderful. A truly well-run establishment! Though the hotel is not at CBU but taxis are easily available, and KK Mall next door provides the convenience. The view from the room is fantastic
