Best hotel around for the prices point and staff are very polite and helpful. Room is very modern and high tech and very clean and well maintained and great design. Would stay again when we visit Shiyan again would recommend to anyone coming to visit.

酒店位置可以，停車很方便，環境還可以。最讓我喜歡的是酒店前台接待的小姐姐，服務是真的好，不是可以的那種，是很好，剛看到我就站起來熱情接待，辦完後我問這附近哪裡有好吃好玩的，很熱情仔細的介紹，在我上樓之前害怕我不知道方向，又重複了一遍，給我的感覺不僅專業，而且像回到家一樣家人的那種感覺!還有停車時的保安大叔也很熱情。還送了果盤。
這次出來玩，四個城市，四家酒店，雖然這家環境名氣不大，但是給人的感覺很舒服!

衞生：開業一年多看着好像剛開業一樣，看着很乾凈
環境：一層只有幾房，而且只有刷房卡才可以上，很乾凈，觀景房間讓人很放鬆
服務：送東西是機器人送到房間門口，有語音通知，很有私密性，工作人員態度很好，有求必應，服務態度很好

房問和圖片上一模一樣的，酒店地理位置很 好 ，樓下就是 方便，對面人民商場，旁邊地下隧道的小吃 味道 味道很好，房間配的洗漱用品質量也非常 好 好，還有一次性馬桶套， 次性浴缸奈，玫 瑰花瓣．浴鹽，每個細節都很到位，最值得 點登的是接送眼務太給力了，簡直比大牌連 鎖還要香！一-沒想到是騰勢的商務車接送 坐着非常的舒適，車子也乾淨盛潔，司機大 哥熱情有水。

樓下KTV，進出口位置不好找，停車場和其他酒店共用，碰見一個開霸道老頭，應該是酒店老闆，態度差的很，不住酒店誰來停車，囉哩巴嗦態度差，房間有異味，床也不舒服

非常滿意的酒店，環境優雅温馨，衞生乾淨舒適，酒店位置也方便，地處市中心，樓下就是公交站頭，吃喝玩樂附近都非常方便，對面人民商場，服務相當到位，高端商務車接送，酒店天花板了，性價比超值啦！下次來首選
