A good hotel, one of the symbols of the new Doha. Hotel Raffles occupies one half of the building, in the other Hotel Fairmont. Everything in the hotel is very beautiful and at a high level. Sufficient number of chargers and other amenities in the room. Very cool shower! The location, in my opinion, is not the most convenient, but the Karwa taxi service works well and this is not a problem. The only complaint is the immature service: 1. upon check-in, the room was not ready and we had to wait a little. At the same time, all the information and the procedure for further actions had to be asked ourselves, since the staff was simply silent. We asked to be informed about the readiness of the room and went to swim in the pool, but no one said anything. We found out again on our own. 2. In the room there was a misunderstanding with an extra bed for a child and again they did not tell us anything, and after my questions they advised us to check the hotel reservation. Why should they check if I already know everything and it is the hotel that should resolve its issue?! 3. The glass partition on the large balcony is very dirty! You can see in the photo, although in reality it looks even worse. this is despite the fact that the hotel is perfectly clean everywhere except this moment! At the same time, all the rooms have very dirty glass on the balconies. I don't understand the reason, no one explained anything. The hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights. Everything is beautiful in Arabic style. But something needs to be done with the service, it is not at a high level for such a hotel.

The Norwegian salmon and Omaha beef tenderloin were perfectly prepared, and the soup and dessert were delightful. The pricing was reasonable for the quality. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, providing something for everyone. Room Our room was beautifully designed, featuring a bathtub, balcony, and a cozy side sitting area with tasteful décor. However, I did notice one minor inconvenience—there was no phone on the desk, only one near the bed, which meant I had to walk over to make calls. The breakfast is quite rich, and the chickpeas are delicious. The hotel is very convenient to the Book World. The meryal water world is heated as a whole, and the temperature is also very comfortable. This season is not the peak season, so there are relatively few people. There are many service staff, small * and Latin dance performances, and the atmosphere is not bad. The hotel facilities are very new, and the outdoor swimming pool is also heated. There is no supporting facilities nearby. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Place Vendome Mall, which runs every hour starting at noon, which is also very convenient.

Excellent hotel in Doha. Huge, spacious rooms and easy access to the Place Vendome mall. The rooms have everything you need, perfect for families or work. I had my colleagues over and we planned some work in the living area and it really felt like a great 1 bedroom apartment! The only let down was that the breakfast was shockingly poor. The service was extremely slow and options weren’t great. I would highly recommend to cook your own breakfast or head to the mall for much better service. The tables in the breakfast/restaurant are all wobbly too.
