Cielo Hotel Lusail Qatar

Great hotel, the room was very large, easily enough space for 2 friends. Location is good for Lusail, close to some big shopping centres. Also a good location to travel into Doha.

The hotel is very nice, the location is good .. the housekeeping was poor . We had to ask several times before getting it.

Hotel is soo good cleaning staff is nice but there is one lady she work in Recption she name is Hafsa she dont know how to talk with guest she talk to me very bed words she didnt treat me like guest 3 time she cut the call on my face this is 5 star hotal work i try to talk to with manger she say i am the manager there is no manager she shouting on my face I am very upset with this lady even i come reception i was sick she dont like to talk with me this is very bad service..

Two star is given mainly because the hotel has all rooms as two room suites and it has a very beautiful design. But the glory ends here. On checking in the room, we were treated with very bad odour, asked the front desk to change the room to non smoking , but they didnt have any, so settled for supposedely less smelly room but had to call the Housekeeping for room freshner. Found only one set of towel and one set of sleeper in a double occupancy room, when asked for a towel, he gave a bathrobe, the explanation was there was shortage as the hotel was fully occupied. Breakfast station had only two staff and they were not at pleased if anything was asked to them, the breakfast menu was not worth at all. The Sofa handles had lot of dirt on them, the carpets were unclean, the tiles were loose in the passage and were making sound while walking on them. The mirror had a big patch, the walls showed seepage and signs of paint coming off. The centre table was cracked, which I showed so that I am not blamed. The The service is poor. On the second day, beach towel was given and one used uncleaned towel was given. Generally never give bad reviews to hotels as the staff does work hard. But here the advise is to stay away unless you really don't have a choice. May be it was very good when it was opened. A 2 star hotel at the best.
