The property is lovely, but it’s located quite far from town, making it not walkable and a bit intimidating to navigate at night. However, the complimentary one-way tuk-tuk service offered daily was a thoughtful touch and made me feel safe. The free breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and I appreciated the packed breakfast provided for my early-morning flight—such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. One highlight for me was the gym, which is well-equipped with boxing equipment—a rare find! The pool was also fantastic, offering a refreshing break after long walks visiting nearby temples. While the food was mostly good, I found the tempura and shakes underwhelming, especially given that they were priced double compared to similar offerings in town. There’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Overall, the hotel deserves a 5-star rating, thanks to its spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! PS: i enjoy the free high tea at 3pm to 4pm! Didn’t try the spa but seems decent

Room is spacious and quiet. Great location with easy access to town and Angkor Wat/other places. Service people are very gentle and offer assistance /information very helpful for travel and tour. Will definitely recommend family members and friends to come.

Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

I would like thank you FCC Angkor staff have a friendly service and they have a welcome drink and we got a free upgrade for the room the location very convenient and  walkable to local food and about 1 km to night Market

Everything is super good! Hotel is well decorated in typical angkor style. clean and beautiful. The room was cleaned every day, free amenities and water were supplied on the daily basis. Staff is helpful and polite with good attitude. Buffet breakfast is OK. Restaurant offering dishes in hotel was also good. Honestly, we were impressed very much. Very good experience of staying in Cambodia with this hotel.

Highly recommended hotel 👍🏻 We planned to stay in Siem Reap for 3 nights. Normally we always stay in different hotels to see which we like the most. So we booked only 1 night here. But after we checked we decided to stay 2 more nights here😊 The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! And the cocktails was so great with a beautiful pool. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay Our room was abit cramped for 3 people plus our balconey right on driveway For some reason our shower kept flooding bathroom which was a little inconvenient. The staff were absolutely beautiful and so friendly Pool was great as was location Great breakfast. We moved hotels so we could have more room

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is courteous and nice. Peter was a very helpful concierge. The only complaint is the towels were a bit old. The bed is very comfortable and the roof top pool is amazing. I would stay there again.
