I believe it offers good value for money. The building itself is older, but it was perfectly clean.
I had booked breakfast with my reservation, but was told at check-in that it wasn't included. I had to show my booking confirmation and explain the situation, and while they eventually honored it, I'm still unsure why there was a mix-up.
Breakfast wasn't a buffet but à la carte, which was fine as it was quite delicious.
The lighting in my room was a bit dim. Also, only bath towels were provided, and on my second night, they were collected but not replenished.
I forgot to take a photo, but the swing sofa by the poolside was lovely and comfortable.
It is a solid choice for a comfortable stay! The overall experience was pleasant, with clean and well-maintained rooms and friendly, attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly.
The amenities were nice, though the pool area could use a little updating to match the rest of the hotel’s charm. That being said, it was still a great spot to relax and unwind.
Everything else—from the service to the atmosphere—was enjoyable and made my stay feel worthwhile. A great option if you’re looking for a reliable and relaxing getaway!
This is one of the best value for money hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and have beautiful furniture. Everything is spotlessly clean. The location is just a minute's walk up a lane from a good area of Siem Reap. All the staff are super polite. Clean rooftop pool. The food is delicious. We stayed for a week and had the 7 day Angkor Pass. I chose this place over the larger hotels because the reviews were so good. Absolutely brilliant place to stay in a wonderful part of the world. All the photos shown are accurate.

Had a fantastic stay here and would stay again. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. The rooftop pool is a wonderful way to cool down after long, hot day trips in the Cambodian heat. Food from the restaurant is good. Breakfast is alright.
The staff here were so amazing. They organised everything for us! We could not speak more highly of them. The accommodation was lovely, we booked two rooms as we had a family of 4. Both rooms were great. The roof top pool was so nice, great place to watch the sunset! The location was excellent, walking distance to downtown but far enough away so the noise did not disturb us. 100% recommend as a place to stay for families.
Rooms are newly renovated and beautiful, food is great as well, and what really made the trip was the hotel service. Staff were always friendly cheerful and helpful and were always doing their best. Probably the best service we have ever received and we travel a lot! Hotel is very well managed and location is excellent too. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍 Here is a pic from the roof.
The location is great. It is near the night market and pub street. A lot of good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.
The service is great. The receptionists, restaurant crew, and cleaning/maintenance personnel are well-trained and welcoming. I love the hospitality offered by their lovely staff. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
They offer welcoming drinks and fruits as well as afternoon tea with fruit juices, fresh fruits, and other snacks.
The hotel is eco-friendly and very relaxing.
They offer tuk-tuk services and tours. This way, you are sure that you are in good hands.
They also offer free tree planting. They provided a tuk-tuk ride from The Urban to their other hotel The Nature. There, we were guided by Joseph, as we plant our Golden Shower plant, Angki. He was so nice and very accommodating.
Overall, we had a nice and amazing stay with The Urban.
*I love their Mango Sticky Rice ❤️

The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Room and space quite huge and clean. You can get Cambodian tropical breakfast with delicious taste and also you can get Europe breakfast too. Many choices for you. 🥰
**Pros:**
It was incredibly helpful and a great relief to have staff who could speak Japanese.
The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, allowing us to truly unwind.
**Cons:**
One minor issue is that if the bathroom door is left open, unpleasant smells can sometimes waft up from the drain, so it's best to keep it closed.
Also, if you return late at night, the main entrance gate might be shut. (Fortunately, it wasn't locked, so we were able to open and close it ourselves.)
We felt very well at the hotel. It has a relaxing pool and a nice coffee with good breakfast.

Amazing
BBelieVeeThis hostel was a great introduction to Cambodia! The staff were super friendly and helpful and there were loads of activities going on every night. There is a huge social space which is great for hanging out with friends or working/ digital nomadding. There were also 2 pools for hanging out at during the day. You could basically stay in the hostel and have everything you need if you wanted but it’s also a short walk away from the market and pub street which are both great places to explore. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t so strong. I think they were fixing it though as a workman came in.
GGuest UserThe reason I can't give it a full 5 is because the shower pressure on the 3rd floor is too weak, and the floor gets dirty quickly when you walk barefoot, and there are no indoor slippers. It's a big deal when you get out of the shower, and the supplies are so old that they need to be replaced. And there's nothing from a TV to a hair dryer, except for an electric kettle. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast provided individually is delicious and hearty, and I'm especially grateful for the kindness of the owner who looks like Evangeline Lilly, the elf from The Lord of the Rings. The front desk staff who gave me a discount when I didn't show up for a motorcycle company and rented me a bike from another company. The owner who brought me a map and explained the tour course in detail, and recommended an airport bus because the taxi fare was expensive. I booked a taxi and the tour ended early, so I requested to change the taxi payment to the airport bus, but the manager who said that the card cancellation was not accepted and made up for it with a free massage for an hour, and the owner who was cheerful and kind until the end and sent me off. I won't be going to Siem Reap again, but I highly recommend it to backpackers.
Uun olivetainHotel close to the city center and the night market.
The staff is friendly, and the manager is always ready to help with everything from booking tuk-tuks and taxis to bus tickets, etc.
The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned.
The rooms are serviced every morning.
Breakfast is not a buffet. A choice of four menus is offered. Everything is prepared to order, and the quality is beyond reproach.
On the top floor, a swimming pool with a shower and a lounge area is available.
Nearby, you will find all the amenities you need, such as a supermarket, laundry, restaurants, bars, etc.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on a future trip.
GGuest UserReally very good hotel. Very little evaluation of the environment and photos. There is no difference in breakfast. Many kinds of food are delicious. Wake up early to see the sunrise. You can also take a light meal to go out. Just make a reservation one day in advance. In the morning, you can also practice yoga in the room. The location is also very good. You can walk to the bar street every day to play back and go back there to eat and massage. The net red dessert shop at the door of the ps is very very delicious.
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is not easy to find, go in a small alley. The environment is OK, the network is a little bit worse, the breakfast is very rich.
