Good service and clean

Good location, easy to walk to Otres beach and many restaurants nearby the hotel.

The bathroom is a bit dirty.

The room environment is okay and cost-effective

Nice small hotel with Cambodian owner. Helpful staff at the counter who helps with all questions. There were a group of young people playing volleyball until 1:30 am, which woke us up next to the hotel. Called: the desk employee moved the group and therefore resolved the problem properly. Good air conditioning! Good beds! Possibility of breakfast (more focused on local dishes) Close to the beach (about 600-700 meters), the area itself is very polluted and no longer the Sihanoukville of years ago, unfortunately they throw everything on the ground, plastic, food that stinks, etc.. The beach itself is very nice and clean! I would definitely give this hotel an 8 in terms of score, we paid 42 euros for a family of 2 adults and 3 small children.
